Popeyes review: All 5 orders prepared, Wrong flavor & type of chicken, shrimps. Manager manners, behavior & attitude became hostile

7/29 - 7-30) 2026 Gloria Hibbs Washington's review describes unprofessional managers' behavior, long wait times (at least 30–45 minutes inside of store), and refusal to correct orders or provide refunds after being told to return the chicken. Manager told me to return the food. I drove back to popeyes on Hacks Cross where I purchased my 3 orders of chicken. I had order also two Spicy Shrimps but had eaten them because I was hungry as I drive to Mississippi. After I left informing the Managers of my complaint of having been given the wrongly prepared chicken order, all five orders. The manager said I can only give you 3 pieces back. I told her my expectation was to replace the return of the three boxes, with 6 wings, & two boxes of 3- piece chicken. After I left the store, according to the worker when I returned with the wrong, prepare chicken, the manager told the workers, not to replace my chicken when I return to popeye. Manager left the store &b was not in the place when I returned. While back with returned chicken, workers called the managers. She did not answer the workers, said by one worker, who called manager. Manager instructed the worker not to replaced repeated worker, when I asked, didn't you hear her say to return the chicken when I was in the place earlier. The workers said yes, but after I left, she told them not to replace my 3 orders of chicken. One male had started with replacing my 3 boxese, as I spoke the corrected orders should be spicky, with sprinkled buffalo flavor, but never gave me my chicken. A young lady worker (same one who went out the door &b called the manager) walked around to an area and said, we are out of buffalo. The male worker who had started the replace, ended up placing the 3 boxes on a top shelf. I asked him, was that my orders. He said, "yes, maybe". Earlier, today when I returned to discuss my wrongly flavors of the 3 different orders, Manager spoke in an angry, hostile voice, "I was nice to you yesterday, now you come back in here wanting ... ...Return the food. She embarrassed me and made me feel badly. (Yet, when I return the food, the manager had told the works, "Not to replace my 3 orders of wrong favor of Chicken. Chicken request was spicy, with sprinkle buffalo.
