Store # 11181 We bought our lunch here and was shocked by the negative attitude of the female behind the intercom. Additionally, we were about to leave with no straws but I had a chance to ask for those before we drove away. When taking out our food items I realized there was no fork for the coleslaw. The girl who gave us the straws was the same one to hand us our drinks. She was letting us drive off without the straws. The receipt says it’s (Host) Brandon #70034 (he was pleasant at the window), but she was the female with the strawberry hair. Very abrasive and rude done, and terrible care for our order. Order time: 01/26/26 2:32pm ticket number 649
The sandwiches were good, the fries were not fresh, and no fork for the coleslaw. We are on the road so I had to toss out the coleslaw.
