I went to your drive through at 6421 York Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90042 location today, May 24, 2021 at 3:50 pm. I ordered your 12 piece family order with 2 sides. I was asked to please park in the parking area for my order. After waiting 20 minutes I walked into the restaurant and they were finishing my order. I asked the lady that was finishing my order if everything was in the bag. She answered yes. When I got home I was missing one of the side orders. I had to drive back 4 miles to get my side. Upon walking in I was approached by a young lady and I told her that they forgot my side. She asked which one and retrieved it with no apology of any type. I told her that they should double check all their orders before giving it to the customer. All she said was have a nice day sarcastically. When I got home I called to speak to the manager. After several times of calling because it goes to a voice mail, I finally got a hold of the manager. She said what exactly did I want her to do. She was also sarcastic when I told her that the young lady was rude. All she said was that she would talk to the crew and if I needed anything else also sarcastically. When I asked for her name, she would not give it to me. After several times that I asked her, she said her name was Tilly.
I don't believe this is any way to run a business especially since you just opened this location recently.
