Popeyes - My orders are never filled as ordered.

I called Popeye's here in Fort Payne, AL about chicken they had left out of my order. I never heard back. The second time Popeye's left out biscuits and when I told them, the guy was very rude. Today I ordered a two piece dinner and the slaw was missing. This location is so much slower than the others I have ordered from. I am not the only one that complains about the Fort Payne Popeye's.

Desired outcome: Get workers that are committed to filling orders right, and quit being so slow. Lines are long because they are so slow.
