Good evening,

My order # is 62 (13177), I went through the drive thru on 3411 Camden Road in Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71603 at 7:10 on 12/31/23.

I ordered the 12 piece wing combo with half sweet and spicy and the other half was garlic parmesan, I didn't check my order before I drove off but when I got home and opened the order there was 2 packages containing 6 wings each with no sauce on either order. The wings were hard as if they had been sitting for a while. Because I live so far away I tried calling the restaurant however there was no answer. Normally, the service I receive is awesome. I am only asking for a meal replacement or a refund for food ordered.
