On June 27, 2026 Check number 3465 at plk# 5733, we ordered 1 8 pc Tender meal 2 Bold Bbq, Buttermilk ranch 4 Biscuits 1 lg mashed potatoes, 1 lg cole slaw, 1 lg red Beans & rice with a total cost of $40.28 BUT we received chk 3459!1 classic tender11 P + 4 Biscuits 2 Bold BBQ, 2 Blackened Ranch and 1 cajun Fries. I tried tho call the restaurant to let them know, but they did not answer for hours. I gave up and decided to make a complaint. I want the money put back on my card.

Claimed loss: $40.28 The photos will not upload.

Desired outcome: Refund the purchase.

You are NOT entited to a full refund. Only a refund on the difference between what the food costs and the difference in what they charged you Nice try though.
