Went to Popeyes Store #2768 in Manassas VA on Thursday October 28. Arrived at drive thru at approximately 6:09 pm. I was the 7th car in the line when I arrived. The line moved slowly. I placed my order. The were out of mac n cheese. It was 6:35 when I got my order and pulled off. When I got home I discovered the 5 piece tender combo was missing. So I was missing a meal that cost $11.39. When I called the store back using the number on the receipt, I received a message that phone number was no longer in service. I tried to call again using 411. That call did not connect.
Desired outcome: I would like reimbursement or gift card for missing meal and mac n cheese that was not available. Also would like a written response to my complaint. My email is [protected]@comcast.net
