Store# 10713 4/1/2022

On 1/2 hr lunch...Ordered online, thought order would be ready when I got there..NOPE. This is the 2nd time! Then I had to pull up and wait. 20 min go by from when I first ordered. Lady said they don't get online order till we get to speaker. I said what's the point in ordering online then?

Didn't give me right sauce even though it says what kind on receipt! Didn't get my drink either. On my way back to work and realized I didn't get my drink. Went back to store for them to tell me machine was down..which they failed to tell me! I said I want to be refunded since I paid for it. She said they can't do that. I said well, I want something to replace my drink that I don't have. I got a pie.

Customer service sucks at that location. They are extremely slow and have attitudes like they're doing customers a favor! It's sickening! People are fed up with that place! I am DONE ordering from there.

Customers deserve good service if we spend our money there! Starting with the turtle moving manager not doing his job, there needs to be more enforced consequences for poor service or just stop hiring trash people!

of . order 7 pcs shrimp tackle box . i was told to be more pacific .told him the price , still did not understand . I end up paying for a 8 pcs shrimp box . end up being popcorn shrimp . talk lady at drive thru . I was told the guy said it was butterfly shrimp . I know the difference between popcorn and butterfly shrimp .

taking advantage of people this day in time . very very dissappointed . at this time will never visit another popeye franchise . nine dollars wasted

It's like you don't even try any more, not only did you get my order wrong, the chicken I did get instead of being the golden crispy chicken, it was some dried up crap that looks like it been sitting under a heat lamp for days, the beans and rice tasted like cardboard, and the lemonade had no lemon only water. This crappy service has been consistent for my last couple of visits. I remember when Popeyes used to be top rate.

I recently ordered for two people twice in one week, food was absolutely terrible, chicken was overcooked and the person taking order was clueless as to the menu. 03/16/20 at around 4:30 pm

Placed order #12 shrimp box drink and apple pie total $11 and change. Paid no receipt given to me / asked to pull to side will bring out food / waited in car for 20 mins / a few cars behind me pulled over they got food about 10 mins in / I had to go inside to get food. No one came to my car at all. I was on my lunch break at 2:40 by the time I left it was 3:15. When I came in the manager actually had my food in her hands. Asked what I ordered I told her and she handed me the bag. I really do believe no one wanted to bring out my food. Then the same person that took my money at window and told me to pull over was now getting food orders together. I asked for cocktail sauce and she had an attitude with me about the sauce. It is possible she had an attitude because she ignored me after asking me to pull over not really sure. I was disrespected. This happened today 3/18/22 Grand Rapids, MI location Division and Burton. The last time I was there had an issue and let it go. I will not go back to this location. When your treated badly why go back? Thanks

I ordered a large red beans and rice and got 3 small containers. There was very little in each container and there was mostly rice in each one. I called the manager and she said everyone is new. This is all she said and wouldn't discuss further and didn't offer to make anything up to me. Not worth the bother. Will never go to Popeyes again.

We order the 10 piece meal and when we got home we were missing our 5 biscuit. I call them to let them know. They asked me if I wanted to come back and get them. I told them I was all the way home. I didn’t want to drive all the way back to them. They didn’t give me a receipt the machine was broken. Ashley said I could come back anytime how do so know she will be there if I go. Back.

I ordered dinner from Popeyes in Des Plaines IL this evening 3-13-22 at 7:10 PM. The restaurant is 2.8 miles away. They advised it would be delivered via text by 7.48 PM. The order did not arrive until 8:15 PM and it was cold and inedible. So 65 minutes to deliver bad food is totally unacceptable. I will certainly not order again from this location or another Popeye's restaurant. you should consider getting a better delivery service to serve hot food when it is delivered.

Good evening, writing this on a employee you have at a popeys in Huntington station NY she does not have a name tag on and would not provide me with her name she is about 20yrs old African American with black hair and color of hot pink going thru it. She is 1 of the nastiest people I have ever had ran into in any industry. If someone can call me back [protected] at anytime I would appreciate it thankyou! Christine russo

Twice I have gone to Popeye's (two different locations, same area), and twice they have added undisclosed surcharges to my receipts. The first time they added a charge because I chose iced tea in my combo. Fine, weird but whatever, maybe iced tea is priced higher for some reason. Shouldn't have happened without notice, but I let it go. Went to another Popeye's today, was charged again for Coke Zero - so what is included in my combo, exactly? Also was charged 50 cents for the new mac & cheese in my combo - again, what is included in the combo? And before you say that mac & cheese is a premium item, well every other side (including fries) is priced at $2.50 and the mac & cheese was priced at $2.30 or $2.40, so it's actually cheaper than the fries.

I have a feeling these have the same owner who has decided that they can boost their profits significantly by ripping people off with surcharges.

I live in St. Louis Missouri and at a little after 5 PM went through the drive through at the Popeyes at Page Ave and close to Warson Ave. and was told they were closed for a shift change! That is the worst service I’ve ever heard and something needs to be done If this is a regular occurrence. I won’t be returning to that location and am at the Kentucky Fried Chicken next door at least they are open!

I have popeyes alot affordable best best I love popeyes. I live in broward and I work in palm beach to miami. I just went to popeyes on commercial blvd east. It was just east of dixie highway on south side of commercial. Just saying this its the first unfriendly people just in drive thru for a chicken sandwich and mac &cheese both were not close to hot food and chicken was half the size as always. It wasnt good like popeyes chicken sandwich and usually I finish it and its so crunchy and moint and hot. This one ate few bites and no not good. If I want nasty chicken sandwich ill go to kfc. And the mac and cheese was like made last week wasnt like always then im like thank you when I was handed food and no response no welcome to popeyes no have good nite just talking to friend or on cell speaker phone and thats the story. I never complained before but this was not cool. People are just impersonal and in florida uneducated is 99 to 100 florida puts out illiterate kids my one buddy has a high school diploma and told me he cant read at all. Thats who popeyes had in drive thru when I was hungry. Still will always eat therebut not that store. Thanx larry the electrician from land of the lost south florida

It's not really hard, but for some reason the sauce I ordered didn't get put in my bag. I have had multiple issues at this location Store 11336 and I will NEVER go back to Popeyes. 2/28/2022 12:29 pm

I placed an order through the drive thru. I was told to go to the other side of the building because the chicken would be ready in six minutes before it is ready. I had ordered the 12 pieces of mild chicken with 2 large sides, mashed potatoes with gravy and fries, also a small red bean and rice and small cole slaw. When I got home, the mashed potatoes and red bean and rice were in a small soda cup. The mashed potatoes were to be a large side order and it barely a spoonful in the soda cup. As for the red beans and rice it was a small soda cup too, not even an amount for one person. My order was $41.10, and I should have received enough to feed my family, especially with the large mashed potatoes. For years I have gone to this Popeye's and the service have never been good. It has been times I have drove to another Popeye's out of my way because didn't want to be disappointed again by their service. The store is #2642 located 1001 West Central Texas Expwy, Killeen, 76541. I tried to call and no one answered, [protected]. I live on the southwest of Killeen and didn't feel like driving back across town. I am just frustrated I have had more bad experiences than good ones at this Popeye's.

Sunday 4:45 pm - a Edgewater MD Popeyes ordered a classic fish sandwich! It was spicy / called the store and he explained I’m not the only one with this complaint as Popeyes coating has hot spice in it - even the classic. Luckily, though I don’t eat spicy / it was for me - as I have family members allergic to certain spices like cayenne! I would never have ordered this if I knew it was spicy. When you tell the customer you have a classic and a spicy available and you order a classic you don’t expect to bite into something that burns your mouth! It should be advertised as Spicy Fish OR Extra Spicy Fish sandwich. Just wasted $5.00. Totally disappointed.
