Popeyes review: Extreme wait time and incorrect order

My wife and I tried the new Popeyes in Clifton Park, NY, for the first time today. My wife and I went in at approximately 11:55 am. My wife and I placed our order at the counter and the cashier appeared to be new as she had to ask another young lady several times which keys to hit. I understand this can happen when a new store opens up with new young workers. Having kids around that age of the workers, I try to put my kids in their place and be patient. The store was not busy (three people in line at counter and a couple who came in to pickup online orders. I placed my order at 11:58 am. At approximately 12:10 pm, a young lady who I think may have been the manager asked me for my receipt. At 12:12 pm, the cashier asked me what I ordered and I told her you took my receipt. Our food was finally ready at 12:13 pm. What really bothered me was that several of the employees in the back were basically standing around and only one appeared to be working. When I sat down I saw the order they gave me was for the surf & turf rather than the shrimp box combo I requested. This store needs better management. As a first time Popeyes customer, I don't think I will ever go back to a Popeyes Store again.
