Popeyes review: Potatos and gravy, Mac n cheese

2 weeks ago I sent a complaint about the horrible side dishes I got. Both the mashed potatos and mac n cheese were soooo bad, it seemed like they were left over from the day before. I did not get a reply from popeyes, which is regrettable since we have always loved popeyes, and now we have to go to someone else.

I would think you would be concerned about this store considering it has been through so many managers, they can't keep staff and the food and service are aweful. It really is giving Popeys a bad name.

Desired outcome: Do something about it. It doesn't look like I will be getting a refund or a replacement meal.
