I ordered pizza from the Pizza Hut at 1215 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160. We always get thin crust. My son, Jared Ray, went to pick up our pizza. When we sat down to eat the pizza, it was so overcooked and very dark brown, that our pizza stood straight like a cardboard! It was like eating chips, the pizza was terrible. On top of that, I ordered banana peppers on my veggie pizza and there were no banana peppers on it. My family and I were very disappointed and would like a refund. My order total was $38.13. I tried calling the store, but there was no answer. My order is attached below:

What I do not understand is why people need to lie to get something for free. If you had no issue eating the food, then you should have no issue paying for it. It was obviously not that bad if you ate the pizza. If you cannot afford to eat out then do not order out. If you must eat and cannot afford to then visit a soup kitchen.
