Pizza Hut layanan yang kurang mesra

Pada 22/1/2014, sy telah mengunjungi pizza hut kinta city ipoh lebih kurang pkl 3:55 ptg. setibanya saya disana, tiada pelayan yang menyambut atau memberikan menu, sy telah duduk di salah sebuah meja yang masih tidak berkemas lagi. sy menunggu lebih 10 minit untuk diambil pesanan. pelayan yang bertugas hanya 2 orang manakala pekerja selebihnya hanya keluar dan masuk dari dapur dan ke ruang hadapan sambil bersembang dengan pengurus yang sedang mengira akaun.
ketika saya menunggu, tiada pelayan yg datang bertanya padahal meja sebelah saya baru diambil pesanan. mereka tidak memandang ke arah saya langsung, alasan mereka hanya 2 orang pelayan yang bekerja padahal hanya ada 16 pelanggan sahaja di dalam restoran. saya sangat kecewa dengan layanan mereka kerana pada waktu itu saya sangat lapar dan saya sedang mengandung. ada pekerja mereka yang menyedari says duduk disitu tetapi tidak mengambil apa- apa tindakan. harapan saya pada masa hadapan supaya mereka dapat mempertingkatkan mutu perkhidmatan kerana saya merupakan salah seorang pelanggan tetap pizza hut.

Pizza Hut double standard and racist

Double standard and Racist! there is a promotion for pizza take away (RM15 large pizza) 18.1.2015, i heard frm friend there is a promotion, so i go to pizza hut to order a large pizza with stuffed crust, and the staff told me there is no promotion for pizza stuffed crust, so their cost me normal prize RM30++ . but when i received the pizza, it was a REGULAR pizza, not even large size, and it was cost RM30++. so im feel currious and go to ask the supervisor, that supervisor tell me, "no Promotion price for stuffed crust pizza." so i consider it was true and i believe it. But today 20.1.2015, my friends go to pizza hut buy pizza, my friend bought two pizza (2 stuffed crust LARGE pizza) which cost only RM40+++! what the hell?! that supervisor is fooling me?he told me no promotion price for stuffed crust pizza! but why my friends can bought TWO LARGE stuffed crust pizza with RM4o++ only! my friend is a malay, and i am a chinese, so i think that staff is racist and double standard! very not Professional! that supervisor is a fatty guy. i wont go that pizza hut again!

Pizza Hut horrible service worst food

I already launched a complaint on pizza hut customer sarvey and visitor book available at the pizza hut rawang with my contact details to reply me what follow up pizza hut malaysia did about my complain but no response from the management till now. This shows that pizza hut Malaysia don't care about their customer and encourge their poor stupid staff to insult the customer and serve poor quality food with 3rd class catogery service. Really hurt from this unproffessinal attitude of a world wide food chain like pizza hut.

Pizza Hut late service

On 9 december 2014, I went to pizza hut larkin sentral with my daughter and ordered rscp super supreme personal, chs baked rice, warm water, iced lemon tea and molten cake. The worker (A lady) who took the order repeated the order and soon brought a printed receipt with a wrong order for the pizza. We asked for personal and she had keyed in regular. When we told her about the mistake she tried to persuade us to settle for the wrong order. We refused and she made an amendment with pen. After waiting for about half an hour the pizza came but my baked rice did not come until waiting almost an hour. The workers neither apologies for the delay nor inform about what was happening. Anyway when the rice came I was totally disappointed to find it was mere rice with a layer of cheese on top. The only ingredient I found in the rice was onion. Finally the bill was given for rm 62.75 without the correction although I paid only 40 plus. I am upset about the service and would like the management to make necessary improvements.

Pizza Hut set pizza 4 pax

pada 7/1/2015 pukul 9.00 malam di pizza hut jusco melaka. saya hendak membuat aduan berkenaan dengan 4 mangkuk mushroom soup yang saya terima terlalu masin dan tidak masak kerana masih terasa serbuk yang tidak hancur dan supnya tidak pekat.. cair sahaja. apabila dipanggil staf, staf memberi alasan baru masak dan buzy masa buat. bila diminta untuk tukar, staf memberi alasan sup sama sahaja dan meminta untuk tunggu sebantar. selepas beberapa minit tunggu masih tiada sesiapa yang datang dan selesaikan masalah. tiada kata-kata maaf disebabkan silap mereka sendiri. saya tidak berpuas hati dengan sup tersebut sebab merugikan dan tidak dapat menikmati sup seperti di restoren pizza hut lain.

Pizza Hut new flashy menu & website, same old lame service

Well Pizza Huts shiny new website with all these new and improved items supposedly aimed at helping them get some business is a FAIL. On Saturday 12/27/14 in Copperas Cove, Texas we decided to try some of the new stuff on their menu and have it delivered. It was about 20 minutes past our local stores' opening hour of 11am for lunch and the website kept saying the store was closed. This went on for about 50 minutes while we tried different browsers and things, figuring it might be a setting somewhere blocking something. Nope. The entire process was so aggravating, especially trying to make changes empties your cart out completely, making you start all over every time - unlike the old website which was much more user friendly. Finally we just called Papa John's.
Complained to Pizza Hut online and got generic empty thanks in response, which dear Pizza Hut, is kind of a slap in the face once again to customers who 1) went to your website 2) attempted to order 3) Took the time out to contact you about the issue. NEWSFLASH...improving your sales can go a long way starting with customer service. Instead you add some new stuff to the menu and throw together a flashy new sub-functional website and miss the entire point of why people who are giving you a second look with our hard earned money these days are passing on your previous crappy product and continued lacking service. This time, I WONT be back. Oh and just a little friendly heads up - you need a a website that actually works to sell product. Wouldn't you think? Wouldn't you care? Yea I didn't think so. RIP Pizza Hut. In the 80's and part of the 90's you were great.

Pizza Hut poor delivery service

I ordered pizzas from Pizza Hut Delivery by phone at 9.07am(20.12.2014) and was informed that they will be sent within 30 minutes. At 10 pm when I called enquiring about the delivery, I was informed that it was supposed to be 45 minutes not 30 minutes as informed earlier. When I complaint that even if the delivery takes 45 minutes, the pizzas should then have reached me. I only received my pizzas at 10.25 pm after my 3rd call to the hotline number. I was informed by the delivery boy that he only left the Pizza Hut Outlet in Kompleks Mutiara at 10.10 pm. From my receipt, my order time was 9.11 pm, if time taken is 45 minutes then the pizzas should reach me by 9.56 not 10.25pm! Pizza Hut Malaysia should improve on its delivery service if not your customers will not hesitate to order from other pizza companies as there are many pizza delivery services to choose from that can give better service. So Pizza Hut Malaysia, your service is very very poor and very inefficient. and I know that this is not the first complaint regarding your poor inefficient service.

Pizza Hut very poor and slow service

Pizza Hut at Megalong, Donggongon Penampang Sabah has to be the one of the worst outlet I’ve been to so far. The service is very slow and over-relaxed. Tonight, 19/12/2014, I had to wait for 40 minutes for our pizza to arrive and by the time it did, the time was almost 10pm. The building doors were already shut by the time we left the outlet and it was a longer walk around the building to our vehicle. All this because the food was delayed by inefficient kitchen staff. Preparing a pizza doesn’t take this long, I’m certain. I informed the clerk at the payment counter that I’m one very unhappy customer and that I shouldn’t be paying for food of which I lost my desire to eat because of their lousy service. She could only apologise and told me to ‘please come again’, a robotic and clock-work phrase. I believe the kitchen staff are too playful and ignorant of customer service and I’m also sure that the outlet manager is no different in attitude. A lousy experience for my family and certainly I’ll never recommend this outlet to friends. Paying over RM60.00 for very, very bad service, I believe the kitchen staff should be paying this amount via deduction from their salary.

Pizza Hut late & cold food

Ordered before 10pm it was due to be delivered at 10.45pm but at 11pm when I hadn't received my order I called into the store and the phone call wouldn't go through for the fact that it was after hours and the store was closed. As I had already paid by credit card online I was a bit worried. However, an hour and 15mins later at 11.15pm my order came arrived; not very quick even though the store is located less than 5 minutes drive from my home (I don't own a car). Anywho, excited it arrived I noticed that the chips and pizza was really cold. It wasn't an enjoyable meal at all. waste of $36.00 for a slack dinner.

Pizza Hut promotion coupon

Recently I received the PH leaflet at home and after looking at the promotion I decided to have my dinner with family at PH Bukit Indah JB outlet on last Sunday. We cut out the dine in coupons and place our order. We were told by the waiter that the coupons are valid on Tuesday and Wednesday only, I was so angry! as it was not stated on the coupons. We left the restaurant and not having our dinner there. I feel that PH is deceiving the consumer because all the voucher/coupons that I came across will definitely write in detail the term and condition and also the validity times whereas PH is making the consumer get attracted with the promotion and got cheated.

Well since you only posted half of the coupon I and did not print the other half with the writing in black I can only come to the conclusion that you knew that was the part where it said Tuesday and Wednesday only and are leaving that part out.

Pizza Hut Staff attitude

Saya telah membuat tempahan meja utk 13 org di Pizza Hut Jusco Tebrau, Johor Bahru pada 04/12/2014. Walau bagaimanapun apabila tiba tarikh tersebut, salah seorang dari kami tidak sihat dan saya terpaksa membatalkan tempahan kerana salah seorang yg ingin diraikan tidak dapat hadir.
Pada jam 1.20 ptg (04/12/2014) saya telah dihubungi oleh seorang staf untuk pengesahan kehadiran.Saya memaklumkan bahawa tempahan tersebut terpaksa dibatalkan dan ingin menukar tarikh tempahan. Staf tersebut dengan biadap menjawab 'ni yg book pun cancel, sy xnak amik booking lg ler.Lain kali datang terus, x payah book'.
Saya menjelaskan bahawa salah seorang dari kami kurang sihat dan akan dtg terus tanpa membuat tempahan terlebih dahulu.
Saya tahu mmg salah saya dan mungkin menyusahkan pihak syarikat pizza tersebut kerana saya telah membuat tempahan awal sehari dari tarikh tersebut. Walau bagaimanapun saya merasakan staf tersebut sangat biadap dan tidak sepatutnya menjawab dengan pelanggan dengan cara begitu.
Tujuan saya membuat aduan supaya pelanggan lain tidak menerima nasib yang sama dan ingin meningkatkan mutu perkhidmatan di syarikat tersebut.

Pizza Hut take delivery need to wait almost 1.5 hrs

I would to complaint about the staff in cashier taking orders for take away which on duty on 1/11/2014 @ 20:34 at Pizza Hut, Taman Tasik Prima, Puchong Selangor.
I order two (2) regular pizza for take away, at 20:34 as per printed receipts. After i pay the cash, the cashier told me to wait for 1/2 hr.
Then I waited & waited like stupid... till 9.40 no body response to me about my order for only 2 regular pizza. I notice that the customer ordered before me can get the pizza but for my self I still keep on waiting. I get from the waiting area go and ask the cashier, what time my pizza will be ready, then he answered me, I dun know in a rude way.. I told him that untuk 2 regular pizza kena tunggu sampai 1 jam ke? then he answered, I tak tahu.
After i pissed off, I asked him to refund the money to me and i dont need the pizza if i need to wait for 2 hours or more...Then the cashier quickly run inside the kitchen and look for the shift manager on that day. after few minutes the shift manager come out to the cashier and take the refund money of 33.90 and give to me without seeing my face or apologies for the late. Thats means my pizza no ready at all by time of 1.5 hrs also. Wat time of staff or shift manager they hired, got no manner at all and really kurang ajar. Here would like express my disappointment over the shift manager and the rude cashier to take a serious action against them and If can i would to go directly to meet with the restaurant manager. Please take action immediately for this

Really upset dengan perangai cashier kat depan and the Shift manager on 1/11/2014 @ 20:34.

Pizza Hut not in any computer/yet claim to be real location

I got a free coupon from pizza hut in my e-mail but it would not let me click on it, to print . sad the local city commissioners are developers and I don't think they get the proper licenses to be in that business . example the local kfc uses chicken and other products from the local grocery store publix and selling it as kfc, I witnessed this but do like the guy who runs it but not getting kfc secrete receipe that makes kfc chick so good I understand the manager is just trying to save his career.

Pizza Hut highly unprofessional and unethical behavior of both pizzahut [protected] team and pizza hut sector 56 gurgaon

when i could not place order online today for technical
difficulty in reaching the store, in sector 56 gurgaon, that had to deliver my
oder. I called their toll free [protected], as that was the suggestion online to
take next step on pizza hut website. I placed my order and the call center rep,
(lady) at the above mentioned number assured me that my order place time is
12:30 in noon and i will receive my order at 1 pm same day that means within 30
mins as pizza hut delivery time policy is. I and my 6 years old child kept
waiting till 1:05 pm and then called again at [protected] where i had placed my
order and got assurance to receive my delivery within 30 mins. The call kept
transferring to two different persons for their long attempt to connect me to
supervisor, who said then that the store in sector 56 will call me, i reminded
him about 30 mins delivery else penalty to them to not pay, he said yes store
in sector 56 will take care of that. I and my child again waited for 15 mins
when we did not get any call, i called again at [protected] as my son was really
feeling hungry and we ha waited over 45 mins by now. Now call center another
rep (a male this time) said we will have our order in 10 mins and as they can
not give the whole order complimentary, they will give us rs 500 discount on
our placed order. I told him my order value is rs. 555 only so i need to pay
rs. 55 only. At last, at 1:30 pm pizza came, i was expecting the call center
supervisor at [protected] had done his job by calling the store mgr at sector 56,
to convey the same as was conveyed to me about rs. 500 discount on total order
placed value, so i need not waste any more time and energy, as by then we were
rally losing our hunger pangs and patience as well. But to my surprise the
delivery boy was extremely aggressive and started raising his voice when i said
you are exactly 30 mins late as i had placed order at 12:30 and was confirmed
by call center lady rep also. He then dialled his supervisor number at sector
56 and started telling lie in front of me only that im saying we had placed
order at 12, my child was getting so sleepy by then and im looking at the
delivery boy's audacity to be so white lie spoken person. He made me speak to
the supervisor, when i had already dialled [protected] and had asked the call
center rep to speak and tell to ask the delivery boy to behave. On this also,
the delivery boy started taunting me in front of my neighbors who were out then
that now she is asking me to speak to call center rep. To my surprise, store supervisor at sector 56
was asking me who had given approval for rs 500 discount, I said the person
told me he was supervisor at call center number [protected] and im also aware of pizza hut policy
of 30 mins else face penalty, and its 30 mins over expected delivery time. I had made up my mind by then looking at my
almost slept child and my energy drained completely in all this mis-happenings created
only by [protected] team and sector 56 gurgaon team to not have pizza at all and return
it. And that’s what I did, the delivery boy as expected, very shamelessly took

We told him we had never paid that much for the previous times we ordered and go to pick it up. The guy at the register would not correct the mistake. Pizza Hut voucher

having my RM20 worth pizza hut voucher, I decided to spend it to pizza hut at midvalley today.Only that today is my first time going to Pizza hut, and i got to be honest that i have a high expectation there.my voucher actually is side by side with kfc voucher meaning that it is on the same paper and it have dashed line separating the two vouchers.maybe it's my fault to tear them apart, let's face it, it have dashed lines, or whatever you call it, it must have its own purpose right?After finished eating, my friend decided to pay it and she took the pizza hut voucher and head to the cashier.And she came back to me with sour face saying that the cashier didnt accept it.She said, the vouchers arent attached together so they dont have the pairing code.I tried to mask my anger and talk to the cashier myself and gave her the kfc voucher.But she refused to accept it saying the cash already went to bill.Lots of people are staring and I left the pizza hut feeling grumpy and furious as hell.so, dear Pizza Hut, wherever you are, i will NEVER stop by there.like, EVER!Thanks for the poor service .

Here is my worst servis come with this pizza hut branch, the food need to wait one hour, This is my first time to go is also my last time to went, i ask why the food need take so long, the ppl came late 1st than me but their food came 1st, ur all servis like ###, the manager would only say that I do not know what to say, if you dunno how to work pls go back n sleep, all ppl is blur, your all service very very bad and terrible .

Pizza Hut money taken out of my credit card

On Saturday night I attempted to purchase Pizza online from Pizza Hut... After completing the online process of selecting Pizzas and entering credit card details and submitting - another window popped up to say our order could not be completed and to contact the local store... I decided that it wasn;t worth the hassle and was going to just get something else when I jumped online and saw that Pizza Hut has withdrawn money from my credit card unlawfully and when I tried to call them about it I was treated like someone who was making it all up and told that the IT department would call me back...Its been 2 days and still nothing! DONT EVEN ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE - THEY UNLAWFULLY TAKE MONEY... LUCKILY I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT OTHERWISE I'D BE NONE THE WISER!

sir delhi ncr kai andar kuch log smart circle kai dwara jaari kiya gaya pizza hut discount booklet ki copy kar kai aur duplicate baar code laga kar booklet bench rahe hai. main is puri team ko jaanta hu aur with proof pakadwa sakta hu, sir attach kiya gaya photo duplicate booklate ki hai so plz take a acction.aur mujhe contact kijiye mai aapki help karunga in logo ko pakadwaane main .main in sabhi ko jaanta hu.

Can your staff at Jalan Raya, Kulai, Pizza Hut Delivery play fire crackers during working hour? Especially during Hari Raya .I saw the staff simply throw fire crackers on the five foot way. Can you see the danger? Are they allow to play?Where is the supervisor?

Pizza Hut poor service & attitude

We dine in at Pizza Hut Bintang Megamall Miri on 21 June 2014. Time order taken was 7.45pm, soups were served 5 mins later, the soup was thin & watery, after 5-8mins the side order was served. We order a RM58 combo meal, the 1st pizza served at 8.25pm and we waited until almost 8.45pm still no sign of 2nd pizza. Those customers that come in later than us, have their orders served before us, finish and left at 8.30pm and we still sitting there waiting. If we did not voice out, i think we will still sitting there with maybe 2nd pizza served at 9pm? Is it that we have to wait for 1 to 2 hours to be served? Your staffs were giving us a very "un-polite" face as if is our fault to REMIND them that we been sitting in for 1 hour with no completed orders. They did not even apologize to us... spending RM80 to get such service and food... it is very disappointing. I still keep the receipt in case you need me to provide you the proof.

Do you think they will care? I doubt any staff at the Pizza place will even bother to read your comments (They are probably not even aware!). Get a life! You have made your point. Go somewhere else (like every other dissatisfied customer) After two years of running an empty place they will close down. Problem solved.! You could of course write to the owner. (He will be the person sat at home living off the profits from the low wages he pays! If he wants to continue living off the profits he will either smarten the staff up or pay them what they are worth or sack them and get someone else.
