Pizza Hut

Noticed a pizza hut deliver truck with some inappropriate stickers on the windows and bumper. As my kids order form pizza hut often I found this to be very concerning when you consider this person has easy access to my home when orders are delivered.

One was a stick figure performing oral sex on another with an arrow and text "your are here" pointing to one of then.

Other was a modified mountain dew logo but said in bold text "mount and do me"

Bumper sticker was "I love beaver"

I placed an online order on 5/9/18 for a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with no sauce. Got home, opened the pizza, picked a piece up and pepperoni fell off of it, then realized it did not have cheese either! I called the store, someone answered with "please hold", 6 minutes later, someone finally picks up and ask what I want to order. I explained to them the problem and of course, they had to get the manager, 2 minutes later, I spoke to the manager, explained again, and she wanted me to come to the store and get another pizza, no, I live 20 minutes away. After explaining, I wasn't coming back up there, I asked for a refund, of course, can't do that over the phone either. Just frustrated that I have to go back to the store because they can't follow an online order. This isn't the first time we've had problems here either, so it is very frustrating.

I made an order and received cheesy sticks with marinara sauce but to my surprise received the sauce with the cup of sauce with only 3/4 of sauce I called pizza hut I ordered from to inform the manager in return stated he would send the driver with another sauce which never came! Im a it upset because I spent $41 and I love marinara sauce with my breadsticks

I tried to call and make an order. However it took 30 before any one answered my call and when they finally did answer i put on hold for 30 more minutes and after all that waiting the hung up on me. So i tried to call back and the line would be answered and the hung up on. When got thru the next day and asked to speak with management to file a complaint they hung up on me once again. They are so unprofessional and have absolutely no customer service skills

I, my brother and my sister went in to have lunch, so that was three person, the waitress just gave us one menu, so my brother keep calling the waitress gor giving us more one menu, but they seemed to ignore us. Poor service, they arent doing other things but they cant serve thier customers even they are free, if they didnt want to serve us, why should they gave only one menu at the first time?

I ordered a pizza online at 9:03 pm on 5/8/18. It said 37-47 minutes wait, approximately delivery time of 9:50. The pizza arrived at 10:22pm. And it didn't look all that appetizing when it finally made it here. Had I known it would take that long, I wouldn't have ordered from your company. I have always had good experiences in the past, but this time I was very disappointed.

I place an order around 11 yesterday for a large meatlovers pizza. The food wasn't right at all the pizza was not what I order it's like that put what the wanted to put on it. The cashier had an attitude and to keep down a argument or confusion I just left and I didn't appreciate being treated that way and I paid for wat I wanted it should have been corrected when I asked.

On the 6th of May we took Pizza (take away) from your Malhar Mall, Indore outlet but to our utter surprise we were denied a carry bag as it was exhausted with the outlet. In any case a carry bag is charged and we were ready to pay for it. But not having one is ridiculous. Imagine how would we carry Pizza home in our hands.
This was least expected from a reputed Pizza company.

They charged my credit card for my order and they told me I would get my order by 9:45 pm on 5/6/18 but I never got it the order it was for a large pizza half pepperoni and mushrooms and half was pineapple and bacon, also order boneless wings honey barbeque and now I've been calling sense 11 am and no one is answering the phone.
I was in an accident or I would have gone and got it myself but I trusted them and I've
never had a problem with this store until now.

Called like 3 times, no one answers the phone. Called back again in 30 mins which i did for every 30 mins for 1.5 hours, no ones answering the phone during operational hours. What is wrong. My friend tolde he has the same experience that i had. Then when he went to order at the store, the workers hide at the back when they see my friend goin in the pizza store, plus the door was locked during operational hours.What is that? You turning away profits for your buasiness

I was in the area decided to call Pizza Hut from my car in the parking lot . The call rings rings and I see a guy (Ivan) walking around not answering so I hang up I walk in he sees me coming and heads for the back completely ignoring me . I tried saying hello making noise coughing and nothing so I started wondering to the direction he walked and I know there are Cameras and he came out finally . He was very rude and as I waited he ignored a couple of calls coming in. As an old employee team memeber I was very disappointed in his actions and with Pizza Hut for hiring people like him . Somthing has to change

Twice recently I have ordered from Pizza Hut on Oxford valley road in Fairless Hills pa. I ask for the pizza to be well done because the pizza dough is always doughy. Still the pizza dough wasn't cook all the way. I ordered breadsticks with the first order I love them. They were horrible. Dry tasting and a horrible texture. I don't know if the product changed but no one ate them. I am honestly disappointed. Pizza Hut pan pizza is my favorite and I don't know if I will buy it again. It's never buttery and crispy anymore.

It closes one hour before the hours stated on the door everyday. This is the Pizza Hut in Shelby. Giving out the wrong food. Wouldn't remake it because it was 30 min until closing so they gave a store credit and said come back another day. Rude customer service. Turned off lights in dining room 1 hr before closing. On march 27th my birthday i order 3 medium pizza and 8 wings i believe and when it arrived my wings where wrapped in a white plastic bag now when i took them out the black wing container looked stomped on and the pizza was given all three together and the middle pizza box was squished and toppings stuck to top of box now i called pizza hut they gave a 15 dollar credit i went to use it the lady said i didn't have one and gave me a 10 dollar credit so i told her ty ill order online figure out what i want then she said i had to.order over the phone.now i wasnt prepared for that so i said i would call her bk and order let me look.online at the deals now i called back and the lady was very rude n loud saying i had used my credit already which is false i use my phone number everytime and there is no order from me after march 27th. Pizza hut is the ONLY pizza i EVER order. Never n my life had service or food delivered like that but it was a new store i had never ordered from on richey street in pasadena tx.

I've been calling them for a full month from uk and they haven't refunded me and now as I am in Pakistan and they are still playing us about and still haven't given me a refund and now I will be taking dsp raja rauf from cantt police to seal the place as this is an open warning to sadder police station Rawalpindi take my name as Hamza Rafique and order number 304 509 and this is an open warning and it's enough as you lot have been playing us around

I ordered a pizza online. It was a 5 topping pizza with extra cheese. I get home to a hungry family and there is a sprinkle of cheese on the pizza and it's not even melted. The pizza is so gummy because it was raw. None of the toppings were cooked! I am furious. I called to report the problem to a manager and of course they are too busy selling raw pizza to answer the phone. A customer service person did answer and gave me a choice of a store credit or another pizza. I do not want either. I want my money back! I work very hard for my money to eat out, if I want to throw my money away I will just put it in the trash can with the large raw pizza.

I used to be a die-hard fan of Pizza Hut until I recently ordered pizza n found the crust had been changed. It is the crust I loved so much prior to this visit. Apparently you have changed your crust n it is bready cakelike and not carmelized as the original crust on pan pizza used to be. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this change. I was hoping it was only at Russellville Arkansas Pizza hut but recently ordered in Savannah GA and same thing. So I'm writing to tell you of my disappointment. I'm hoping you will get back the old crust so I can continue supporting this Co. If not, I will end my 32 yr patronage. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD PAN CRUST !

One of our teenage servers is having an inappropriate relationship with our older delivery boy. The girl is in high school and the relationship started when she was 17. Alexus and Luies relationship is very obvious and Margie and Shyly have done nothing about it but ignore it. This is not something that should be going on. They are not shy about this relationship either it does not seem. Everyone knows about it.

On today, (May5, 2018) I made a delivery order at 9:04 pm to the Pizza Hut on 5790 Crowder Blvd New Orleans, LA 70127 United States. As time passed I still didn't receive my order. 2 hours later (12:04am)I received my food. I have been waiting too long. It shouldn't take that long to deliver especially when we stay across the street from each other.

We ordered pizza on phone to deliver. They made wrong order after waiting 55 mins. He said It is going to so long because I'm the only driver who delivers the pizza. Then I said I'll pick them up and I went to the store. No one came outside to greet us or said hello for 15 mins. The service was so bad. They even did not ask me anything or said hi hello even if they saw me there. I would no recommend that Pizza Hut any more. They did not apologize for any thing. Wow. The man who was a manager at Pizza Hut he has not manners to say hi or hello. How he is gonna teach his employees about customer service. No one said sorry for single time. What a customer service. !

I lived near to that Pizza Hut. And it took 1:30 hours to get my food. We ordered them at 8:45 Pm on may 5th. They came at 9:35 pm. Then he went back and I waited at the store 15 mins. Then he showed up and total 20 mins after I got my food.

I am so disappointed that I didn't say a single word to him. They took my money without saying sorry or anything. I paid them for my entire purchase.
