Hello. My name is Shawnese McFadden. I visit the Pizza Hut on East Joppa Road often. I like this store because it's close to home but I found myself looking for another location because the service sucks from time to time. I called about 5 times on 5/14/2018. Each time I got, "Thanks for calling Pizza Hut, can you hold?" Nobody waiting for me to say yes/no. Each time I was on hold for atleast 5 minutes. I finally got through to the "data center" and the lady took my order but then I got a call back stating to call the store to see if they got the order. By this time, I was already at the store. When I went in, the young lady was obviously frustrated because the system was down. I get it but don't let it show to the customers. She was very short with her responses and rude. I stuck around and waiting because my children were eager to use their Book It coupon and I'm addicted to the salads. Another young lady was very pleasant and helped me once the system came back up but I probably won't go back to this location for a while.

I ordered a free pizza with the points I saved. I ordered one with BBQ sauce and hut's favortite crust and topings. The topings were perfect, but I didn't get the BBQ sauce and the hut's favortite crust. Because of this the pizza wasn't as good as I hoped. I still payed over $17.00 because of other food I ordered and the delivery price. I hope something can be done about this.
mother’s day pizzas
This we decided to order pizza for our whole family. The order consisted of seven large pizzas, 4 supreme and 3 super supreme. The 2 pm Mother's Day order was planned three days in advance. When my sister arrived at the New Roads, Louisiana store the manager told her the he had to redo the pizzas because they burnt all of the pizzas. My sister had to wait for the pizzas to be remade causing her to be late for the party, when she finally we started serving the pizzas find them to be soft and not cooked properly. I want thank Pizza Hut for making our a complete failure and we had to find something else to cook. The manager at the store blame the oven at the store not being able to set the temperature correctly. I feel you owe use the money for the pizzas. That's not right.
2 medium pizzas burnt upon arrival
Ordered 2 - 2 topping pizzas 5/13/18 about 5:15 p.m. on Mother's Day. Know it was busy but we gagged down 2 pieces and threw the rest of it away. Wing's were great though. One delivery driver left and there was only 1 driver so our order was also delayed for 45 minutes, we order from this pizza hut all the time and have only had 1 issue the past 20 years so this was just a bad experience,

pizza and delivery time
I called in my order at 10 p.m. on Saturday may 12 and didn't receive my order until 11:56 p.m. The store is only 5 miles from my house I see no excuse for a 2 hour delay. Then the thin crust we ordered wasnt cooked all the way and was just dough with pepperonis on top of it. The large hand tossed tasted stale as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for at least an hour. The store located at 445 Sheldon rd channelview TX will never get our service again.

I ordered a ‘Create your own' pizza thin crust with light cheese, beef, Italian sausage and bacon and once I opened the box, I was really shocked because it did not look appealing at all. The pizza was burnt.
I was wondering if I could get a refund because I ended up throwing the pizza or if they could make the order right this time and bring it to my apartment

store employees
I ordered wings at my local store. Austin, my cashier placed my order on the back counter and told the other employee that it was mine but continued to slice pizza and box breadsticks. I don't understand why he couldn't have just handed it to me. He just said "oh is that you?" and walked back to his station and continued to cut pizza. Austin, my cashier finally went to the front and handed me my order. I'm disappointed that this is how your staff treats its customers.
annoying upsell and treatment of customer
When I order a pizza I know what I want.
I am intelligent and able to read a menu.
I resent being demeaned by your staff with their offers of upsells.
When I order I state upfront i only want xxx.
But for some unknown reason your staff must think that they know what I need and start offering items I have no interest in.
This is demeaning to me as you are saying that I am too retarded to know what to order or to know what I want to eat.
Please stop this demeaning behaviour towards your customers.
Should you insist I will gladly shop elsewhere

3 days ago and the last two times my service was still [censored] as hell. Whoever makes the pizza in Eldridge Iowa at Pizza Hut they need to be taught how to make a correct Pizza. Simple as that. They definitely need to be taught how to make a stuffed crust pizza. I've always loved Pizza Hut. I've always loved stuffed crust pizza and that's why I turned to Pizza Hut for their stuffed crust pizza. Every stuffed crust pizza that I get from this Pizza Hut the stuffed crust is stuffed crust in the pizza is always paper thin when you go to grab the pizza you have to hold the pizza with both hands so the pizza doesn't fall apart and so the toppings don't fall off it's just a stupid ridiculous mess that's not how stuffed crust pizza is made not correctly anyway I should know. I have lived in Eldridge for over 3 years now. Eldridge Iowa's Pizza Hut is the worst Pizza Hut that I have ever experienced. I am not lying or exaggerating when I tell you every single time I have ordered from Pizza Hut I have been unsatisfied & pissed off. When they deliver they're always late. Not 3 days ago and not the last time but the last time before that I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut and it was for delivery they told me the wait would be 30 minutes I literally waited 2 hours after I've given up I felt so sorry for the delivery boy they gave the every guy the wrong address the wrong apartment the wrong phone number or no phone number just everything wrong and knowing that they already have all my correct information stored in their computers. And I was still willing to give that guy gas money and the free Pizza coupon from you guys and he told me to keep both period two freaking hours that was a longest weight that I had to wait for pizza in my whole damn life waiting for a delivery pizza! I don't know if you guys ever heard of that undercover food show but you should get one of them under covers to go in there oh my gosh... An undercover franchise Pizza Hut person would be so pissed off and disappointed you guys would probably be ready to shut this one down I know I would it's freaking ridiculous. I have gotten messy pizzas to wear it just looked not pretty and made you not want to eat it. My last pizza I ordered they did not even cut it! Good thing I had a pizza cutter right? But what if I didn't? I mean there is so many complaints about this raggedy Eldridge Iowa's Pizza Hut store they should be humiliated they definitely should be far from proud of themselves. I gave up on calling that store and complaining. I'm just going straight to you guys to complain because honestly they need to get their [censored] together. Honestly someone needs to coach them someone needs to teach them how to make correct pizzas especially correct stuffed crust pizzas. And how can you forget how to cut a pizza? No excuses for them at all I have worked in plenty of food restaurants in my days in that two hour wait Pizza day and all of that all they did was put a $5 credit towards my next Pizza... Yeah that's it that's all that's definitely not enough for me 2 hours in the pizza wasn't even cut. And they only gave me $5 credit towards my next Pizza. Wow! And even when I order online or on the phone I always give them directions it's easy to find my home now when I say directions this is what I tell them specifically open the door and go downstairs and my apartment is such and such because for some reason people go straight upstairs instead of downstairs I don't know why they just do so I just do that to help them out and help myself out at the same time I'm not mad about that part. But for some reason that part never gets translated to the delivery person. I hope I mentioned everything that I have experienced and all three years living in Eldridge. Because once again Eldridge Iowa's Pizza Hut is the most [censored] Pizza Hut, excuse my language I apologize for my language, but they just straight-up suck. Why do I keep ordering from there? I think I just keep hoping my next Pizza is going to get better but I'm wrong every time it's like the same person keeps making my pizza unless everyone is taught to make [censored] pizzas like that. So here I am again complaining. And I'm going to go higher above you guys and complain also hoping that somebody does something about Eldridge, Iowa's Pizza Hut and the people who work there. No Pizza Hut is like they used to be back in the day it sucks I really used to love Pizza Hut it used to be my favorite pizza. I wish I would have kept all them pictures I took of all the pizzas. Damn.

While placing an order at ur HSR sector 2 outlet Bangalore btwn 9.10pm to 9.30pm, I encountered a very agitated employee who was shouting while reconfirming the order .the way he communicated it reflects that ur services already downgraded.such an unprofessional attitude is unacceptable . I am going to take the same to social media and ensure corrective actions are taken across.

Ordered pizza for delivery on 5/11/18 and was quoted $36.63 with tax and delivery. Received a phone call stating the location was out of pan crust for our 2 pizzas. The employee was generous enough to offer stuffed crust as a replacement at no additional charge which I asked for on one and the other we did as a hand tossed crust. When I checked my account this morning, I was charged $43.42. This is not acceptable.

Tonight I had ordered pizza at approximately 9:10 PM Mountain standard time I had ordered quite a bit of food $110.40 worth of food Anda I originally called the original location in box elder South Dakota that number transferred me over to your guises call center which was in Kansas City Pittsburgh Kansas City from there they said my pizza would be 35 minutes they took all my information and then 10 minutes later a gentleman have called me and stated that that they do not deliver to my house address I have ordered from you guys mini mini times and about 35 to 40 minutes later I had a call back to find out what was going on with her pizza little did I know that they had canceled my order without my knowledge no phone call no nothing I am complaining because I need you guys to get your guises ducks in a row otherwise do not have a call center because it makes a lot of problems I've ordered from Box Elder South Dakota Pizza Hut mini mini times in the last time that we had ordered was a week ago prior to that was two weeks ago it's like a traditional to us we only received a 20% discount for the trouble and I think that we should have received more because I have got eight hung Kids here and I'm hoping that you guys will provide some kind of information or Compensate For not providing the correct information and then for canceling my order after they took my credit card information I will find out if the charges were charged to our account tomorrow if they were I will be contacting the call center once again if you have any questions do not hesitate to give me a call at [protected] and just to let you know I finally when I got back to the original location in Box Elder South Dakota the Lady AMANDA was very kind and they give us a 20% discount but again I don't think it was enough for all the trouble that they had put me through tonight my email address is Amanda.Martinez [protected]@yahoo.com

5/11/18 @ 5:30 am i called Pizza Hut @ [protected], spoke with a female who sounded like she did not want to be there, there was no customer services at all, she proceeded to take my orders - 1 medium pan pepperoni, sauce and Liter Pepsi, she quoted me 23.00+, i asked why it was that much when 2 med. pepporoni was 5.99 each with 2.00 xtra for a pan, she stated 1 medium pizza cost 15.99 -- advsd proceeded to order the special instead ( pan ) with the liter pepsi she again to quote me 23.00+, again i told her it doesnt add up .. she stated that the 23.00+ includes 4.00 deliver charge .. she said it will take 1 hr for delivery, advised her that was fine .. at 6:40 pm, i still have not gotten my pizza, so i called called back and opted for option #3 .. the man that answered had the same "i dont care" attitude. i provided him my name and phone # and told him that i still have not gotten my order. i had to repeat my # 3 x and took the person 3 mins. to finally find my order, by this time i finally got the pizza so i hung up with the man .. when i got the pizza, both pizza boxes ( tops ) were smashed in ( like something ) was put on top it, so when i opened both pizza boxes all the toppings were stuck on the top of the box covers to add to this the pizza's were luke warm.. not a happy customer and will display my concern on FACEBOOK and other sites
5/11/18 at 5:30 pm i called Pizza hut @ [protected] and spoke with an order agent, the person who answered was very rude and did not sound like she wanted to be there ( this is not the 1st time ) but maybe my last .. i ordered 1 medium pepperoni, sauce and a liter of pepsi, she quoted me 23.00 +, i asked why when the special was 2 medium for 5.99 each plus 2.00 for pan -- she hesitantly said the medium pizza was 15.99, plus .70 for sauce and 3.99 for the Pepsi, i then proceeded to order the specials, she again quoted me 23.00+.. advsd her it doesnt add up, she then said that this amt includes 4.00 delivery .. told her that was fine . At 6:40 pm i still have not gotten my pizza, so i called back and optd option #3 .. gave the guy who answered my number .. he asked for my address .. it took him 3 mins to figure out what was happening, while on the phone, the pizza finally arrived ... when i opened the box, both pizza boxes ( top ) were smashed in ( like something heavy was put on stop it and all the meat and cheese were stuck on the top of the lid and pizza was warm. not a very happy customer and will proberly post my complaint on FB and other sites in regards to this incedent

I saw two medium boxes waiting not in a warmer.
It took 10 minutes of waiting and employees looking but no one acknowledging me.
I asked can I pick up the pizzas, the monitor says they are done.
One male employee said we are cutting them right now.
The pizzas they were cutting were for someone else and their order had not been ready. The manager rung them up with their hot fresh pizzas and sent them on their way.
Then they retrieved the two boxes not in a warmer (which were mine) and said they were hot. Well they weren't. And had not been kept in a warmer pouch.
I could have easily retrieved them myself but no one made eye contact.
Its all about customer service, here i received none. I've ordered from Pizza Hut for a long time. This will be my last time.
I am in customer service for a local caterer and deal with this daily. When I see employees like I did tonight, it discourages me that there is no sense of urgency.
Like I said I want nothing in return. Its not about that. Its about letting you know you are only as good as the employees you hire to work and represent your company.

My order was tossed to the side and was lost for about 5 min they said they had to find it or make a new pizza.it was warm not hot when I picked it up and sitting in the back not in a warmer, that made me feel a bit disappointed this is the second time I have been mistreated with I don't care service. pizza wasn't made correctly
I ordered the two medium 2 topping pizzas for 5.99 and I ordered the original pan crust as well as the hut favorite crust topping and was charged on both pizzas for the original pan crust. When I received the pizza last night it came withhand tossed crust and had no hut favorite crust topping. My order number was 3180510173810001181014672 and my name is Charlie Denallo.
the cleanliness of the restaurant
On May 10, 2018 my daughter, exchange student and I stopped at Pizza Hut for a quick dinner, I was applauded by how filthy the restaurant was, disgusting! At one point my exchange student touched the under side of the table and exclaimed "eww.. that's gross, what is it?" I myself had the unpleasant experiences of having to use the restroom, they are not only unclean but embarrassingly in need of repairs! I will not be returning to Pizza Hut in the future, I am seriously afraid of putting my families and my health at risk.
