I ordered a pizza at 7:28 PM it is now 9:20 PM and I just called the store I was told that if you order online the tracker is not accurate nor the delivery times accurate and I could expect a 2 1/2 hour wait for a pizza according to the young lady I spoke to the pizza left the store an hour and 45 minutes ago and I was the second delivery the store is about an eighth of a mile from my home so I am now waiting for a pizza that I'm sure it will be cold and not as delicious as Pizza Hut pizza is supposed to be

Raw dough
7/11/21 ordered pizza (on-line) from Pizza Hut located on Carriage House Dr., Jackson, TN 38305. Couldn't eat it because dough had just been formed, maybe got in the oven 1-2 mins. Didn't call them as didn't want a pizza since my first bite was so bad. I have had over cooked/burnt pizza before, but never raw - UGH! Also, I asked for some red pepper packette & delivery lady said she didn't have any on her & it cost $1 & would have to order at time placing the order (nice touch! nickel & dime your customers). NO MORE PIZZA HUT FOR ME!
Food order polocy
Ordered thru the app placed the order for 39.98. payment cash. Went thru fine. 20 min later I get a call saying I can't pay with cash because my order was for 30$ or more. I have ordered from them for yrs an my orders are always over 30$

Looks to me you care nothing for your customers! And I will not be doing anymore biz with your company ever! And I will be starting a campaign to make sure everyone I see will understand this fact!

Last night I visited Pizza hut in Mirdif City Centre Dubai with my family.
I am regular customer in this outlet they can check with my credit card details.
Last night experience was disappointed for below reasons.
Food was delayed (other people were complaining as well)
We ordered two pizza's the supervisor gave us 2 pieces of ketchup only once my 6 year old daughter asked for more she gave additional 3 and one piece of sauce usually we get 2 different sauce from same outlet . I Did not question and went on table.
My wife asked to change as she like black sauce which they did not give.
Once I went to same staff she exchange with other one and I politely asked I need black one and by the way why we got only one usually we get two she said your daughter took 2 extra ketchup that why she gave one sauce and they do not have black sauce.
I told her in that case she should have informed me I could have paid for extra ketchup.
Lastly once we open pizza both were burn.
They were kept on oven for little more time then the normal time I guess.
I did not complaint kids and my wife did not eat that and we ordered burgers instead.
Either they were under manning as the service was not up to your standard.

I placed my order with pizza hut at 12 pm on Saturday July 3, 2021. On my end, in my phone, it said estimated delivery was at 12:41pm. It was 12:50 and I called to see if it was out for delivery. First I paid extra for cheese sticks and got garlic bread instead, not to mention it was hard and gross. Second the pizza barely had any cheese on every end, only a pile in the middle. Very disappointed. I only took one bite out the slice I pulled out and put it back. Definitely won't spend any more money there.
