I ordered a pizza at 7:28 PM it is now 9:20 PM and I just called the store I was told that if you order online the tracker is not accurate nor the delivery times accurate and I could expect a 2 1/2 hour wait for a pizza according to the young lady I spoke to the pizza left the store an hour and 45 minutes ago and I was the second delivery the store is about an eighth of a mile from my home so I am now waiting for a pizza that I'm sure it will be cold and not as delicious as Pizza Hut pizza is supposed to be

I am writing this email after an unsuccessful answer from your customer service team
Its been over an hour and order hasbt arrived and no one called me back to update Would love to know if there is any policy by Pizza Hut for food delivery time? As your customer service agents didnt seem to know.It was ordered at 2:35 and its is 3:50 already.

7/11/21 ordered pizza (on-line) from Pizza Hut located on Carriage House Dr., Jackson, TN 38305. Couldn't eat it because dough had just been formed, maybe got in the oven 1-2 mins. Didn't call them as didn't want a pizza since my first bite was so bad. I have had over cooked/burnt pizza before, but never raw - UGH! Also, I asked for some red pepper packette & delivery lady said she didn't have any on her & it cost $1 & would have to order at time placing the order (nice touch! nickel & dime your customers). NO MORE PIZZA HUT FOR ME!

Ordered thru the app placed the order for 39.98. payment cash. Went thru fine. 20 min later I get a call saying I can't pay with cash because my order was for 30$ or more. I have ordered from them for yrs an my orders are always over 30$
An have always paid cash! Part of the order was redemption of 200 pts
Rep hung up on me and here I sit del time came and went no pizza but I show that the order was not canceled and my 200 points were used ! I want some redemption for this the order was not delivered! ! But the order was never canceled and my point were taken! But yet I go i can online it says very clearly in both
The appt and internet both say cash is an option for payment!
Looks to me you care nothing for your customers! And I will not be doing anymore biz with your company ever! And I will be starting a campaign to make sure everyone I see will understand this fact!

Last night I visited Pizza hut in Mirdif City Centre Dubai with my family.
I am regular customer in this outlet they can check with my credit card details.
Last night experience was disappointed for below reasons.
Food was delayed (other people were complaining as well)
We ordered two pizza's the supervisor gave us 2 pieces of ketchup only once my 6 year old daughter asked for more she gave additional 3 and one piece of sauce usually we get 2 different sauce from same outlet . I Did not question and went on table.
My wife asked to change as she like black sauce which they did not give.
Once I went to same staff she exchange with other one and I politely asked I need black one and by the way why we got only one usually we get two she said your daughter took 2 extra ketchup that why she gave one sauce and they do not have black sauce.
I told her in that case she should have informed me I could have paid for extra ketchup.
Lastly once we open pizza both were burn.
They were kept on oven for little more time then the normal time I guess.
I did not complaint kids and my wife did not eat that and we ordered burgers instead.
Either they were under manning as the service was not up to your standard.

I placed my order with pizza hut at 12 pm on Saturday July 3, 2021. On my end, in my phone, it said estimated delivery was at 12:41pm. It was 12:50 and I called to see if it was out for delivery. The lady who answered the phone was very nasty and she said, "YOUR PIZZA ORDER IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED UNTIL 1:41PM"...I said "I'm sorry but I placed the order around noon, why would I want my pizza delivered an hour and a half later?"...she said "WE ONLY HAVE ONE DRIVER AND HE IS OUT WITH DELIVERIES RIGHT NOW, SO YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT, IF YOU STILL WANT THIS ORDER!"...I said "Yes I want the order, do you know when he'll be delivering it?", she said "WHENEVER HE GETS BACK"...I said ok, and she "YOU NEED TO WAIT, HE'LL BE THERE SOON!"...I am so angry, she was so rude. She shouldn't be working at a job she hates.

june26 the pizza was cold and theserver was rude i just want a refund back the food was cold and service was poor i had 2 desert 2 pizzas 1 drink please give me a refundthe bath the server was rude and i would love a refun ispent 235 dollars

6/27/2021 0043 evelyn davis [protected] we live at progress which is 6 miles from town. I ordered by phone and went to pick it up. When I got home and looked, I had the wrong order-I ordered md pizza light sauce hand tossed pepperoni. 6 bone in wings - I called them and they said they mixed up come and get my order-so here I go again. I drove up and the girl apologized for the mix-up I asked her why it was so expensive th3 wings are high which I told her they are hot and he cant eat them - how about some ranch could I get buffalo wings mild rub - you will have to pay for them-I am sorry I needed something whe could eat — noone ever toldme or asked specials

Why have I a loyal customer since the 1980's and ordering online since 2014, always gave excellent reviews of your products, just being ignored by your customer service . below you will see my attempts to get help with access to my account that for some error in your system, after creating a new Email and account and numerous password changes I can not access my account .
