Pizza Hut food

I ordered 2 large sausage and cheese stuff crust pizza and my pizza crust was burnt, and my sausage was chewy I was unable to eat the pizza because the sausage was so chewy to where I lost my appetite. I don't know if it was busy when I placed my order but I am so disappointed because I love Pizza Hut, I go there almost all the time. It was a really dissatisfying visit.

Pizza Hut the availability of the product we ordered

Last day of school, house full ordered pizza through the website upon completion of the big order (When you purchase something that say "$11 large any topping pizza" thats what it should be not $2for stuffed crust which is never stated and $1.49 for extra cheese again never stated any topping means any) but back to the main complaint.. After the order and the filling out to pages of personal information hit place order get a message that "the store isnt able to serve stuffed crust" really? So we had to go back and redo the whole order and then the 2 pages of personal info was all deleted so we had to redo that also! Literally delaying the order 20 minutes. I called the store to complain and see if they could expedite the order and how on a tuesday evening can they not have what pizza hut is known for stuffed crust pizza! No one else makes it! I was told they cant expedite the order and the manager eouldnt speak to me regarding this kind of complaints! # unbelievable #unprofessional#shouldnt have to do a complete reorder!

Pizza Hut service (very rude employee)

On Sunday June 4, 2017 around 8pm my family of 3 were coming back from Las Vegas, tired and hungry, my 3 year old son wanted Pizza Hut, so we stopped by a Pizza Hut, located on 481 Armory Rd, Barstow, CA 92311. Getting off the car, my son needed to go potty, he could not hold it, and my husband rushed into the pizza hut store to take him to the restroom, and a Hispanic employee said very rudely to my husband that they can't go in, my husband tried to explain that our son of 3 years old could not hold it any longer and she RUDELY said no and closed the door on my husband and my 3 year old child. My son was screaming in tears. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, WE NO LONGER WANTED TO BUY ANYTHING THERE. VERY SAD TO KNOW THAT SHE DIDN'T LET A ( CHILD ) use the restroom, an Adult can wait, but children can't and it's really unfair my child of 3 years old had to experience this.

Oh and the reason that my son was screaming in tears was because he had an accident, and since my husband was already angry at the manager he unfortunately lost it and punched my son in the head real hard. Some no good busy body(and I think it was the manager) called the police on him. I guess she took down our license plate number and they showed up at our door. Now my so is being placed in an emergency foster home because she made my husband so angry that he took it out on my son.

Pizza Hut former employee

I was falsely terminated based on lies made by GM Ben Counts. He went on to impersonate Regional Manager to find out information, see if I'd say anything about his unprofessional behavior. I talked with real Regional Manager, Christy, and he didn't lose his job. While I have no source of income. I've felt personally offended by Pizza Hut, after working 2 years and having no write ups. I worn anyone thing of working at a place that allows employees no rights what so ever.

Pizza Hut crappy service

I havent ordered pizza hut in soo long so we thought tonight we would give them a go. We ordered online at 6.51pm. Our expected delivery time said 7.25. It didnt get here till 8. The guy who dropped it off only said.. you order food.. handed it to us and walked off, no sorry for being late or nothing. We got the food inside and the chips where half soggy the other half wasnt even cooked, my pizza was an absolute mess not to mention it was cold. Worst experience ever. Will not be ordering from here again.

Pizza Hut service

hi, my name is hussain ahmed and i work at 651 n denton tap rd and i am pizza hut driver i work here for about 4 months, everything was fine until tonight i worked from 5-9 pm and as i was cashing out my manger name travor farmer martin yelled at me and demanded me to stay and help out which is not part of my duty as i am geting off on time i do not need to stay any longer than my time and he stated that he would write me up because im not staying longer to help what a manager i have.

Pizza Hut service

Just paid $29.55 for 2 large pizza in Loudon tn. 6-1-2017.when I picked pizza up I ask the lady if i could purchase 2 cups of pizza sauce to dip our crust in. She said no they could not sell it . I thought she was joking. But apparently not, other pizza places does. I understand not giving it out for free, but i had $3.00 in my had ready to purchase 2 cups of pizza sauce, look like it will be Dominos or liittle ceasers from here on. Did not like the service or attitude.

Pizza Hut manager attitude

I called up the usual Pizza Hut to order a couple of items for my boyfriends place of employment. We have ordered many times and had many items delivered to his work from this Pizza Hut, (5220 Williamson Road NW, Roanoke, Va 24012)
The manager, Jagger said she was the only manager at this Pizza Hut. I explained to her that the pizzas had been delivered to Trane A/C and she refused to deliver it because she not find the street on her computer. I explained the name was changed and that was the correct name and I was putting the pizzas on my credit card. She refused to take the order and when I wanted to speak to a manager she said she was the manager and no one else was above her at this store. She was rude and arrogant. And that is not a way to speak to a customer that wanted to give her a big order for a company. My boyfriend tried to call from his work and samething she was rude arrogant and nasty. Not a way to treat people. She said her name was Jagger. You need to train her better and she needs to know that without customers she would not have a job. I am annoyed and appauld that someone like that works at a Pizza Hut. My name is Anne cell [protected] my boyfriends cell is [protected] I will make sure that every company in the area that we deal with will know of our experience with that particular Pizza Huts manager Jagger. Pizza Hut buffet

We went to Tuesday nite buffet on 5/30/17 1 child and 3 adults my bill came out to 60 dollars and change I had requested a meatloaf pizza and was told they no longer do request because of the Michele Obama thing calorie counting thing. The pizza's they had out we're pepperoni hamburger ham and pineapple onion hamburger no dessert pizza the salad bar was bad lettuce was old and the tomatoes also in there bowl there was lettuce or croutons the only thing that was good we're the wings I was truly disappointed the pizza's hut. I we probably not be returning to the buffet nite thank you very disappointed customer

Pizza Hut bad service

the ticket # 0036 and was taken by Mikayla in Worland WY on 5/30/17

I called in a order and was charged a lot and was knot told of the specials that are all over town . The people were rude and the bathroom was a mess and the toilet is broken when you sit on it ROCKS ( like sitting an don't rock the boat ) I told then that they need to be telling people of the specials and there reply is that is not Pizza huts policy to be telling people of the specials You the customer have to ask ? I feel that is not right ! The food was grease .

Pizza Hut delivery complaint

on 5/30/17 i order a pasta at 9:45 at 11 I received my pasta and when I checked the bag no breadsticks while walking back to my dorm I placed a call back to the pizza hut asking for my breadsticks they told me that there out and gave me credit once I got to my room I went to fix me and my baby a plate the box was soaking wet and the pasta was cold.

Pizza Hut pizza//timing//missing items//careless customer service

Saturday night I ordered 45 dollars and some change of pizza's//cinnamon sticks and chicken wings. Should have gotten it around 1130pm I had to call around midnight because I knew it was closing then, they said it would eventually be here so I was ok with it, I'm very understanding and hate to bother with the complaint process as it's time consuming. I didn't receive the cinnamon sticks the wings were very cold and had a sweet sauce on them I ordered hot wings. The pizza was dry and I ordered stuffed crust on one of them that also wasn't there. I called the next day a nice gentleman answered and I explained the situation I then was placed on hold and another male that said "hello" very rudely and I told him someone was helping me he then said I'm the manager and I told him I'd already explained my long situation to another person and I asked he didn't tell you what was going on?!? He said no and placed blame on other people once I had explained what was going on the first thing he asked was ok so you still have the food? I replied no. I had to throw the wings out because of the temperature danger zone and the kids had fallen asleep and settled for other food 45 mins prior to delivery, the other item wasn't there. The manager hung up in my face and that's a lot of money to be spending on something I can't even consume and ridiculous customer service. I'll never order from that Pizza Hut ever again in life. Terrible customer service and my issue apparently wasn't concerning enough. Worst customer expiration ever ever and my kids love pizza. I'd rather settle for the dominos closer than the Pizza Hut. Not the taste I would prefer but I'd much rather their friendly employees. 50 bucks waisted at Pizza Hut. Ill be sure to turn everyone I know away from there. I still can't believe this whole situation. Do better Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut large 3 topping spinach mushroom tomato pepper white sauce pizza

I placed an order for the Pizza Hut down the road from my house at quarter to 8. I did it online and this was very simple. The website said the pizza would arrive at 828. It wasn't until 921 I received a call from the delivery driver asking me to direct her to my building. After explaining my building was the very first one when entering the complex sh arrived at 924 with a cold pizza. I understand she's working for a living and tipped her a few dollars but the service nevertheless was unacceptable. I hope Pizza Hut will reinburse me for this or they will lose a faithful customer.

Pizza Hut customer service & delivery

I placed an order with the location in Desoto, Tx at 9:02pm for delivery. This order did not arrive to my house until 11:09pm & that is because we had to go & pick it up. The eta for delivery was an hour, I called at 10:13pm & someone answered, listened said ok & hung up on me. All that was said was ok you can have a $20 free pizza next time, then click . I called back at 10:20pm & they said my pizza was in route, 10 more min & hung up AGAIN. When I called right back & asked to speak with the manager, their reply was " the manager is to busy to speak with you, what do you want". So when I explained the issue the phone was slammed down on the counter & then HUNG UP ON AGAIN. 3 times of rudeness & disrespect. So that's when my daughter went to the location & as she was walking in she asked the delivery driver if that was for our address, & she said yes. That was well over 2hours & the pizza was cold & burnt. Yes I do have a picture if you need it. Even though my daughter picked this pizza up they still charged her the delivery fee stating that they were unable to remove it because it was called in & placed for delivery. This type of customer service is totally unacceptable. I would like to know how this situation is going to be handled in a timely manner. I do understand things get busy, but there is no room for disrespect when it comes to customer service. No matter what. I still have the receipt & pictures if needed.

Pizza Hut extremely greasy pizza

It was late saturday night when i placed my online order 05/27/2017 @ 9:58 pm. Ticket#0134 Entered into Internet2 #029610. Mind you the pizza was delivered to my residence @ 10:53 pm. Just 7 minutes before they closed. By the time we had gotten around to eating the pizza the Pizza Hut it was ordered from was closed . We ate the Hawaiian style pizza first delicious as had been anticipated. The second one was pepperoni and sausage. It was greasy half way up the bottom of the crust. I called the pizza hut this evening to address the problem . Since. I sidnt call a closed pizza hut the night i purchased the pizza they wont honor any kind of discount or replacement. Im sorry its pointless to call a closed buisness to complain. And i had spaced calling yesterday im busy i have to move and have a busy 3 1/2 year old little girl. Calling pizza hut to complain wasnt my main focus on my to so list. But i suppose thry wouldnt have honored a replacement or discount then either. Seriously i have history of ordering pizza from this store all the time i have been a loyal customer ans they dont recognize that. I think it was a jad choice on the managers part to basically tell me im burnt. I will no longer be taking my buisness there i will go to Dominoes. Pizza Hut medium pepperoni lovers pizza

Hey guys so I usually order pizza from the same Pizza Hut on Saint George's ave in linden and my experience is usually amazing! However, today when I ordered two medium pizzas, one of them being a pepperoni lovers, the pizza was not completely cooked and some of the dough was still raw.i believe this is due to the restaurant trying to complete their orders asap. Take your time guys/cooks quality is always important ! No sense in quick delivery when the quality is below standard

Pizza Hut pizza - manager at lane ave columbus oh

I wanted to let the Pizza Hut responsible to know, that I had a very unpleasant experience with Pizza Hut Manager Brandon at Lane Av. I received by email a coupon that i intend to use last week, but wants able to do so. The coupon wasn't been applied to my order. After talking with Brandon, that advice to cancel the order and try reorder because the coupon cannot be applied on the online deals. when doing so, i was unable to reuse my coupon, because the system says it been used already. When calling back to request help, Brandon was not happy and very ruddly turn off the phone on my face because i asked him if you can't help then who can? He disconnected the phone on my face. Even though i placed a new order online without any coupon, because we like pizza hunt, and rude manager will not make us stop doing what we like. I expect that the highest management will talk with this manger. He is not running his home business. If he doesn't know how to handle these, he can't be a manager.

Pizza Hut piece of [censor] rude employees and managers. robert

Pizza took an hour and fifteen minutes to deliver and it was wrong not what I ordered called the location and got passed around like a drunk [censor] from one [censor] employee to another then Robert got on the phone and basically talked down to me this isn't the first time we have had issues with that store someone needs to drug test them there not providing good customer service and the location looks like [censor] 5/24/17

Pizza Hut food quality not good - had food poisoning

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza from pizza hut on this MAY 21, 8:31 PM at 121 Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw, Indiana. And I got food poisoning from the pizza next day, and I have a feeling the bread or the cheese was not good. I had to take a day off, see a pharmacist and get medication. This was seriously a very unfortunate incident. I seriously hope pizza hut would look into this matter.

Pizza Hut refund of my cancelled order

I placed an order for pizza on 15.03.2017, and within five minutes I cancelled the order and over phone they promised me that i will receive my refund within 2-3 days . But till date, I have not received refund. This is not fair for your esteemed firm like pizzahut.
I, numerous, mailed to customer care, but nobody is replying me. Sir, you are hereby requested to look into the matter and settle my refund,
