prepaid "reward" card
You have to spend every last penny exactly or they steal the money from you. I have 54 cents left on the card with no way to get it back.
Desired outcome: Give me my money. Nice scam.
The card explained issues
I bought 4 winter tires, I received them several months later. When I got a mail I didn't know the card has explained the date. I think that card should no limited time as same as a gift card. Also under the covid 19 situation, I forgot to use it. I called the center on 25 May 2021, the customer service told me I lost my money due to the date explained. I am so upset and unsatisfactory about this issue.

Prepaid Visa cards received
I by mistake tried to activate 2 (two) visa cards that I received on a SPAM website. I then called the [protected] number to assist me. The person on the line informed me of my mistake and assured me that I would be receiving 2 (two) cards in the mail to replace the "spammed" cards. Today I have received only one. Can I look forward to the second one soon?

Visa rebate for NexGard
I received a rebate from NexGard in the form of a VISA card. Instructions say to go to MyPrepaidCenter.com to activate. I have put in the required information (card number, expiration date and security code). I keep getting the message "Activation failed, try again". I have no idea why the activation failed. I called the contact number for VISA that was listed on the site but it is an automated voice system that requires the card number and says my number is not active. Any advice on what to do next?
I have this exact same issue. Tried repeatedly both online and on phone to activate card, but I'm being told that my info is wrong. My info entered is exactly as printed on the card. Cannot seem to reach live person to discuss.

Card #[protected] was received yesterday. I activated it and it had 100.00 on it. It now has a zero balance and was declined at Cracker Barrell. It has not been used or out of my possession. The card seems to be invalid and yet this morning, it was declared activated and had 100 dollars on it.

I posted in my Mastercard Virtual (5447 68** ****9188) USD 980.
I made 2 purchases through the internet: www.mercadolibre.com.ar and they are duplicate in my statement.
Even though in this attached statement the balance appear as: 426.37 (this is correct) in the web page appear as - 75.35 and I cannot use the card because my payments are rejected.
I have already claim mercadolibre.com.ar but they told me they sent the correct transactions.
I ask you to review this case and correct the balance in order I can use my card. Thank you. Andrea

activation not working

First off, the customer service with this company is TERRRIBLE, i have been on hold for 7 hours between yesterday and today with NO LUCK AT ALL. NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK WHEN YOU SELECT that option x4. I leave for vacation and was given these by my work. I received 3 CARDS VIA EMAIL -
2 have worked and was able to load onto apple wallet (THANK GOD) the third one i can not load nor get image of card to save.
I work in a call center and these wait times are INSANE and not morally right, one minute your holding for 1 minute and 25 seconds then it jumps to 45 minutes hold time... this is genuinely the WORST customer service I've never experience and i give companies the benefit of the doubt but this is absolutely TERRRRBILE and extremely frustrating.

A settlement from Equifax in the amount of $79.31 was issued by the Indiana Attorney General in the form of an e-payment from MYPREPAIDCENTER. On 4/13/2021 I requested a plastic card to be mailed at a fee of three dollars and was told the card should arrive within 7-10 business days. Card never arrived. I then contacted customer service [protected] on 5/5/21 and was told card will arrive in 7-10 business days and it could be expedited for $20, I declined that offer. Still no card. I called again on 5/19 and was told card was issued on 5/10 and allow one more week. As of today (5/28/2021) still no card. I personally know of one other experiencing this same issue. I would appreciate this company honoring their commitment.

Cooper Tires Visa Prepaid Card
Got a $70 VISA Prepaid card as part of Cooper tire promotion. Went on line to MYPREPAIDCENTER.COM as directed. I registered got a user name and password. No matter how many times I try to activate it says failed. Called the VISA number [protected] and no matter how many times I enter it says it cannot activate as does not match records. Cannot get live person. Called the Lost/Returned Call Number and held for Customer Consultant to talk to them. Waited 2 hrs with noone picking up. just said busy and kept changing wait time. Made no sense as time would bounce. After two hours put my phone number in for call back, No one called.
Desired outcome: Just want card activated before it expires.
Card was activated/registered, but unable to use
A myprepaidcenter.com card was issued in the amount of $300 through my health insurance company (Florida Blue and Health Equity). It was activated and registered, however, I am unable to use it at all. I have contacted them at [protected] with no resolution. Currently waiting on hold for them again 58 minutes trying to resolve.
Earlier phone call today said it was registered, but website indicates "You have no cards on your profile yet" and it will not allow me to "add the card". I am stuck. Card cannot be used.

Visa prepaid credit card
I received a $100.00 Visa debit card rebate today and I activated my card and is showing only $50.00 but the paperwork showing $100.00 .
I am on the phone with customer service. First they hung up before you say anything. Then a second time I was able to talk to Claudia she was not helpful.
They are telling me to contact with a company who give me the credit card because they loaded the wrong amount.
This company making money taking money from clients and stealing from companies.
Should be a criminal charges made against them.

I received a $20 Visa debit card rebate for service done at Baierl Cadillac in Wexford, PA . I activated my card that I received about a month ago and when I checked the balance today it is saying $0.00. The card does not expire until 09/2021. This is complete fraud and when I checked the MyPrepaidCenter.com website, I saw a ton of complaints similar to mine.
How do they get away with this?

I'm having a terrible time trying to use two cards I received. The cards gets declined whenever I try to use them, though they have been activated and the balance shows in my prepaid center profile. I have spent several hours on the phone with the company I'm trying to order from and then with the prepaid center customer service . There is no way to speak with someone, it feel like such a scam. Trying to use these in Canada is a nightmare, there accepted nowhere. They expire soon and I feel like I'll end up losing the balance (800$). Any way to get help?

I have not been able to activate or use my prepaid vias card issued by prepaid center.com for several weeks website is always under maintenance or unable to activate at this time phone calls are not taken and email is not listed this is a scam to hold my money anthem gave these cards out as a reward for getting a complete physical I can't use the card because this company makes it impossible to cash in this should be illegal some smart lawyer should start a class action lawsuit

I have tried to register my new Visa reward card and cannot do so. The phone registration said it was having technical problems and the web site does not respond. This has gone on for several hours. After reading all the problems with these reward cards, I am worried that the Goodyear tire rebate is just a scam. I expected to get a check, not a Visa card with an expiration date. It will also be difficult to use the entire $50 because you cannot swipe for more than the card value and then pay the rest with another card. Too many people have found their cards have no funds or the funds were already used by others.

I’m having same issue. May 15th and site and phone still doesn’t work. Except mine is for over $1, 000.00. I’ll be FURIOUS if I lose these funds.
I have one for $2563 and I was able to activate it but I saw somewhere it had to be the exact amount on the card spent or they take the rest!
Class Action Settlement money that I was awarded.
I was not able to use money from a settlement, and was only able to use MY money that I received as damages from a settlement with certain retailers and restaurants. I couldn't use it for gas or for ATM withdrawals. I could only use it as MyPrepaidCenter told me to use it. So basically, as a plaintiff in a class action settlement case, I could not even benefit from the damages I incurred.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate if MyPrepaidCenter would lose all their stipulations on my settlement.
