MyPrepaidCenter.com card not used

received VISA debit card with $[protected]) code 787 expire 02/21... not able to use prior to expiration date. had great difficulty registering card...eventually did full value is still stated as balance.. but now beyond expiration date. according to web site funds can be returned to me but need to contact customer service which is impossible to do.

Desired outcome: want funds of unused card ($45)returned to me

I had same issue. I tried to call the toll free number shown on the card and no one answered. I do not recommend to use this kind of prepaid card.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Cooper Tire gift award

I purchased a set of 4 Cooper tires due to a $70.00 gift I was to receive. I received it fine, I looked at it and it reads " funds do not expire" even though there is an expiration date., I put it away til I decided what I would use it on, I went to use it and was declined, went online to complain, and did not realize I needed to register it, however... it would not let me register due to the expiration date. It did let me check funds and to my surprise it had only $54.20.. even though I had not registered it. Please explain, first.. why it expired yet states funds do not expire, second, ... how can it no longer be worth $70.00 when I did not register, therefore could not use it.

Desired outcome: My $70.00 valid VISA gift card from Cooper Tires.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Pre-Paid MasterCard

I Received 2 prepaid Master Cards for 12.00 ea last week as a rebate offer from Michelob Ultra. I am unable to activate either of them by phone, or on the web.

Your web page States card information is not correct.

There is no way to have any conversation with anyone concerning this issue.

How do I get them activated to use?

MyPrepaidCenter.com $25 prepaid Mastercard

I received a prepaid Mastercard over a month ago as a wellness reward from Blue Cross. I tried several times to activate the card on many different days. It wouldn't activate on line or via the phone number provided on the card. The card number is [protected]. I contacted Blue Cross and they provided what they thought was the Customer Service phone number [protected]. It was the same number that I tried unsuccessfully to activate the card. The Customer Service number does not provide a person to discuss problems and eventually hangs-up.

Desired outcome: I'd like to get a new card.

MyPrepaidCenter.com I received my rewards card and I can’t get it to work!

I got my 15.00 rewards Elanco MasterCard in the mail.. I've tried activating it online 5 times and I've called the [protected] number and no matter what I do, you Can NOT get to an actual person! Is this another scam? I bought the product and sent in all the necessary paperwork and I got the confirmation email that it was received and I will get the card in the mail soon. So it came and after all the work.. I don't have my reward money and I can't get to anyone to help.. I've done rebates here before with no problems.. but this is seriously ridiculous! I need someone to fix this problem and get MY rebate money to me. Thanks.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Debit reward card activation

7/22/2021

I received a rewards debit card, but I get an error message when I try to activate it. When I go through 3 tries over the phone it gives me the chance to talk to someone however, when I indicate I want to talk to a person it hangs up on me. I have tried going through the website to activate my card and over the phone, but nothing seems to work.

I got this resolved, here's how.

Contact the Prepaid Card Department at [protected]. Press option 1 to select English as your language. Wait for the next menu to start and then press 2 saying that you don’t have your card handy. In the next menu select the option to report lost, stolen, or inactive cards by pressing 3 and then press 1 to be transferred to a card service representative. The operator will do the activation for you.

I too have tried to activate my $15.00 dollar Visa rebate card. Unable to do online on by phone. Ridiculous waste of my time! Attempted 10 times.

I'm having the same problem and after entering all this info to the phone recording it hangs up when you are giving the option to finally speak with a human...seems this is a scam!

If this isn't resolved asap, I'm going to complain to Mobil. You sent me a card, I filled out the form with password info. Won't let me in, I ask to reset password, no reset is mailed. Card ends in 5727 for $30. My email is:

MyPrepaidCenter.com impossible to contact this provider

I have tried all numbers they have, all of them give me "not in use".
Even the number for lost/stolen cards is not reachable.
The only other method available: send them a mail, the ancient type.. the one that needs a mailman.

Seriously ? they want me send mail from Europe to the USA, i guess i can expect major delays in response even with airmail.. what is this dinosaur doing in 2021? how is that helping anyone ?

The website shows me $400 + on that card, why is it declining a 15$ checkout at Amazon... MYPREPAYEDCENTER should know, but that doesn't help me if i can not get into contact with them.

Desired outcome: check your international phone numbers and provided at least EMAIL support or some working contact information.

We purchased 4 tires from our local Flynn's Tire Shop. We purchased them because there was a rebate of $60 . We were told it came in the form of a gift card. We received the card and was unable to purchase anything with it because it had been used by someone other than us to purchase Game Stop points for $55 and then $5. We reached customer service and they sent us a new card, but it had also been used to purchase $55 and then $5 at Game Stop. We called once again about this problem and the customer service tried to correct the problem while on the line with us. But again we tried to buy something and was told the card had no balance. When I contacted the phone number on the back of the card, all I could reach was a recorded messege, stating the balance on the card was -$.50. Please HELP!

MyPrepaidCenter.com My Metacam prepaid gift card is expired.

I received a prepaid gift card in the mail from doing a survey. Well I didn't look at the expiration date on the card and it has expired. I didn't activate it as the activation process will not let me due to the card is expired.

I had trouble activating card on line so I called and got it activated. Then I was at a store a day or two day afterward and there was only $13.06 and I didn't us it and it was for $100. then I called and complained on 7/10 and I talked to Rick at first he gave me case# cs4981797 I was then connected to Caesar the dispute team #DS0218667 nothing came

I have never used this card and when I talked to someone from your company yesterday she informed me that the card was compromised and used by someone else and I didn't recognize the name. How do I get this straightened out or get a new card?

I wanted to use my prepaid card yesterday and was informed that there was no money on the card. I called the number on the card and found out it had been compromised and there was no balance. The operator I talked to check up on this and was going to get back to me with what she found out. I haven't heard back from her or the company since. What is the next step for me to do. The card was a VISA DEBIT card. What do I do next?

MyPrepaidCenter.com mastercard rewards card

I received a mastercard rewards card for $25 and it's refuses to let me activate the card regardless of adding it to my wallet and setting a pin.When you do call customer service it's an automated machine and you cannot reach anyone they don't give you the option to press 0 or speak to a representative which is annoying. At least make a chat button since they claim they're working from home.

7/08/21 I recieved a visa prepaid card as rebate from mobildelvac and myprepaid center will not let me activate the card!all information entered correctly many times.Call to visa produced same results. I have recieved these rebates in the past with no problem. When entering the numbers, my wife's american express card information appears and I can go no further. What is happening?

Tried to activate my card on line and also by phone with no success. Card expires 07/21. Need assistance ASAP. The automated system states this is a invalid card. I received this prepaid center card as a $50.00 rebate for tires purchased thru General Tire. This card will not activate and I can't use this card. I am out of $50 and would like a refund.
