Can't get a VISA to activate
Received a VISA card from a settlement with Ford My Touch. When I try to activate it the site tells my the expiration date is invalid. I call customer service, that web site says it has a 0 balance. How can that be since it was never activated. Is this a ripoff?

My card expired and I am unable to get a replacement.
I have a prepaid MasterCard with a balance of $41.46. When I tried to use it I discovered the card had expired. Even though it states on the card face that Funds do Not Expire, I am unable to use this card. I would like to get a replacement card with a new expiration date but it is impossible to get a human using either the website or phone number provided. I thought about reporting the card lost, but that would deactivate the card and it doesn't indicate what happens next. I thought this would be a good benefit from my health insurance plan but it has really soured me on the whole idea of getting health 'rewards'.
Desired outcome: In summary, all I want is a replacement card with a new expiration date.

Rebate card
I've never had so much trouble with a simple rebate card. I got my $70 dollar rebate card in the mail through tires that I purchased, activated it, went to ace hardware to use it and it was declined. Then I go on the website to see the balance, which stated $0.00 and the transaction history showed someone used it within an hour of me activating it! I file a dispute. They solve it, and send me another card. Same exact thing happened when after I activated it and went to use it. Some other piece of [censored] got my information through the internet, and used 67 of my 70 bucks on an Amazon purchase. It's just ridiculous. Not even sure I want to dispute this transaction since it lead me to the same exact start as the first time. Maybe they should send checks instead of cards. This company needs help and needs people who don't speak broken up English. Just pissed off and done with them. Guess I'll never get that rebate!

Discount tire prepaid card
Used the card for a purchase, but now with a $6.29 remaining balance the card no longer works. It says I do not have a balance for the purchase. I varied the balance online.
There is NO WAY to contact a human at either their website or via the toll free number. Very frustrating. It's on $6 but I don't like to be cheated out of the original contract.
It appears other people are having similar issues. Guess this stealing of remaking funds is how they improve their margin.
Desired outcome: I want to use the full remaining balance before the card expires.
MyPrepaidCenter Card Expired
My card expired 06/19 and I am trying to get a new card issued to replace this one. I've tried calling the customer care center and the only options are to check the balance. There is no option to replace the card. I also tried the website but there is no information on how to replace an expired card there either.
Please respond with instructions on how to resolve my issue.

I have been trying to activate a garmin rebate card and it keeps saying the card is already associated with an account. There is no way to resolve this and I can't get a human on the phone to actually help me.

Paypal Mastercard prepaid restricted cant activate
I have purchased a PRE-PAID PAYPAL MASTER CARD from Wal-Mart around the beginning of April. I called to activate it and because the phone I have doesn't match public record to verify my information, my card was restricted from use and activation. They want 3 different documents uploaded. A state ID /DL, Bill to verify address, and Social Security Card.
I am unable to send a copy of my Social Security Card and ID because I had lost my wallet a couple weeks ago and my appointment to get my state ID with the DMV is not until the 3rd week of May because of COVID.
However, I did upload my 1099-G tax document for 2020 that has my NAME< ADDRESS< SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and this is a government document. I uploaded my letters for WV workforce Unemployment confirmation and determination letter extra for verification.
They still will not lift the restriction. I even asked if they could activate it for me to use in store only. I loaded $200.00 on this card. and have been thru days and hours of stressful phone calls with Customer Service Reps at Paypal.

I received my $30.00 Pep Boys Rebate card in the mail Friday March 19, 2021. I activated it the same day. I used it for the first time this afternoon in a Stewart's shop in Glenville, NY, and was told by the clerk there was only 21₵ on the card. I was able to get information from your MasterCard cardholders [protected] number, that there was at least one prior charge for $29 and change to the card. This was not me. I await your reply. My $70.00 pre paid card
I went to use the card for gas inside the gas station. They told me that I didn't have enough money to pay for my full tank of gas on the card. So, I called the number on the back of the card to try to talk to someone, but it's impossible to talk with anyone. It did give a list of charges on my carrd that I didn't do on March 25, 2021 for $45 and $1.25. I'm baffled how this happened. Also, it wouldn't tell me where these charges came from. I tried to log into my account and it kept saying there was another account. I'm really disappointed.

Prepaid Refund Debit Card
I received a $300 pre-paid Visa debit card as a refund for a purchase I had made online. I was directed to activate the card in order to use any of the money on it, but when I go online to activate it the website says the expiration date PRINTED ON THE CARD is invalid. My entire refund has just gone completely to waste.

I got 4 MasterCard gift cards from this site because it had listed some stores that I wanted to use it at. When I got the cards I found out that the stores were not on there merchants list. When I tried to use them they were declined! They said it could be used at gas stations. When I tried to use it at a local one it was declined! When I went on the website to ask how to use it, there is no place to get answers. When I tried to call the phone number, I put in the damn numbers like they ask and STILL no answer of how to use it! This is false advertising and the worse site ever! I would rather get my money back!

Can not retrieve money
I have 3 prepaid Visa cards with a value of 25.00 each. They say no expiration however that is a LIE I called MULTIPLE TIMES to have a new one issued with a new expiration date was told it would be mailed to me ... it never arrived now I have been informed that they have charged me a FEE basically zeroing out each card. I was given a case number that is not in system ... so basically they made 75.00 off of me. So calling and jumping through their hoops still sends in ZERO SATISFACTION AND A ZERO BALANCE. So I would try to Avoid using this at any cost it's just not worth it.

My mom got this card for purchasing Good Year tires the rebate amount was for $75. She activated the card 03/18/21 and she gave it to me to use and when I went to use it, it was declined. I looked into it and it appears there was a transaction the day she gave it to me 3/26/21 for the entire amount making the card a zero balance. As with everyone there is no way to contact this horrible company that in my opinion is a complete scam. I did file a dispute for the charge via email, but as with the phone they do not answer. It is amazing to me that they can issue a card then like magic someone has the card number and all necessary numbers to use the card to wipe it out. The only thing I am trying to do at this point is to get the amount back that they stole from the card.

Tried using my $35. Card from heart guard for the first time today at Nordstrom ( my workplace) and it had $7.92. Remaining on it .

$200 Garmin reward card incorrect available funds
I activated my card to which it showed was a $200 card, went to use it a few weeks later(March 2021) to find out there is a whooping 77 cents on it, I have never used this card. I try to log in online and it keeps telling me to login even though I already am and will not recognize the card, just says tied to a profile please log in and the cycle just repeats. It would be nice if you could actually talk to a human being but it is not an option.

The same thing happens to me. I can't log in. If I put the card number in again like I am activating it, and do the little captcha game, the card and balance flashes quickly.
