Tire Rack rewards card won't activate. Says try again. It is a Debit card, Mastercard. Igot the card 2 weeks ago. Wouldn't activate. So i waited thinking they hadn't got the card into the system. This Elanco $15 gift card is A RIP OFF. IT WILL NOT ACTIVATE, and can NOT talk to anyone. CAN'T even ask a question on the web site.
YOU PEOPLE ARE JUST CON ARTIST...

I tried to go through the complicated procedure to activate and the message said to try again later. Later the card expired. Tried to get a replacement card but was not successful. This has happened to two of the cards I got.
How do I get my money? These cards are worthless unless you can get through the activation process. Avoid getting these cards. No working customer support or online resolution available.

This site myprepaid center keeps saying unable to activate card.

I received a prepaid m/c debit card and was suppose to have $72usd on it. i have not used it so far and it shows me on the website beginning balance $42 and ending balance $42 but it does not work.
when i call the [protected] number, it tells me there is zero balance.

Got card as a rebate when I bought Beer I have tried at least 20 times to activate but FAILS everytime.

This is a scam and these people are thieves.

I ordered Acuvue contact lenses and had a $50.00 rebate. I received an email saying to access your card on August 9, 2021. I clicked on send me a card for my rebate. I did not receive the card until September 1, 2021. The care expired on August 2021. Is there a way I can still get my rebate. I should have contacted you but I just lost my mother and taking care of funeral service. I was hoping to use the rebate for food for the funeral.

I have tried activating the card numerous times both on the computer and the phone. Each time I receive a recorded message saying the data I entered does not match their records. My name is Joseph McDonald, e-mail is [protected]@optonline.net. Card number is [protected].

I received a VCA Care Club Rewards Master Card and have been trying to activate it for two months and still have not been able to get it activated. I tried on the website and by phone, but have been unable to speak with anyone in customer service. I would like my card activated asap. You need a better customer service option to resolve issues like this.

I have one $500 card that is past exp date. The customer service phone number has been out of service for 2 weeks. I have 2 $250 cards that will soon be out of date and I am unable to get the system to give me a balance. I get a system Maintenance message ( and have for 2 weeks).There is no way to contact. My only alternative is to complain to my employer (who issued them).
How sad. The program is sold as a motivator. It's the opposite.
I even have to pay income taxes on these bogus cards.

I can not activate the debit card. I have tried online and by pone It says my information is invalid.

I ordered a virtual Mastecard, my order was 250 US dollars and I received 25 Us Dollars.

I tried to contact them to fix the issue, in vain.

They took my recognition point and now my money.

They have no online chat, no amil address and we live in Europe, so we have to call them and lost money again.

This mastercard was to pay my fligth ticket.

My experience:
I redeemed some credit from Delta airlines. Each time you redeem, you need to relogin. After a day, two of my four cards flat out disappeared.
Trying to reach someone at the company is basically impossible. The emails they sent for original redemption just take you to login - do not provide any card info. So now I am missing two cards and getting a hold of anyone is impossible.

myprepaidcenter.com is run by Black Hawk Networks and everything about the design of the site is meant to make it as difficult as possible to use the giftcards/credit you were given. Steps they take to obfuscate:

- Make you login for each and every single transaction
- Make you answer a captcha each time, sometimes 3 in a row
- No way to speak to live person. Their phone system just runs you in loops of menus.
- They send you an email that your card is ready - which does not provide the card number - but a link, that, you guessed it, makes you login again to see your cards.
- The card images on the website do not show the number until you click a link to see the number. Below that, there is a link where you can save an image of the card. If you didn't click the button to show the card number - it will not appear in the image. Who needs an image of a blank card?

I would suggest avoiding at all costs.

I purchased the Heargard for my dog Shelby for six months and was going to receive the Visa credit card for $25.00 in which I did, but everytime I tried to use it, it was declined. Finally I called customer service and the recording said I had thrity five cents left on the card. How is this possible when I never used the card. I tried calling but no respond, I called the bank and no response. I am very disappointed in this service, you wants us to buy for six months so we can get a $25.00 discount and I never received it or I did but it never worked. Hi I've had 90 something dollars taken off my card it seems like 4ever ago and have talked to 3 different people there about it and gave them all the info they told me that give it a few days to be put back on my card well that was like 3 weeks ago I filled the form because some place took the money right after it was just put on my card this is crazy I. Need that 90 something dollars I live on disability I counted on this money I feel like I'm paying for getting stolen from how does that work this is so wrong on so many levels please put it on asap thank u

I have 2 cards that was gifted to me and both cards, i am unable to use. 1 of them can t be activated for some off reason and the other one i cant even swipe it anywhere!

I have 6 prepaid Visa cards for a total of $1875. USD and place orders to Amazon.com using all cards before the expiry date. Amazon thought this was suspicious activity, locked the account for security reasons, which I have provided to them. Now I received a notice on their site that they have cancelled all my orders and I have to re-order...except the 6 pre-paid cards have expired as of 07/21. Have I lost this money or can you provide a new expiry date? Phone numbers on visa card ending with 8892 are not being answered so I can request the new expiry dates.

Everytime I attempt to activate my visa gift card I get as message at the bottom saying "We were unable to process your information. Please try again." This has been going on for a day and a half now and not sure if it's a problem on my side or a problem on their side.

I received a ift card that i had to redeem on their website. I registered, I redeemed the card, but there was a problem. I can't activate the card, noone in the call center answered. It gave me errors and asked me to try again later, but no luck. I read another complaint and found out that the security code they gave me was the same as another user's. Totally a scam.
I received the gift card from th company i work for, and I will totally inform this and show this website to them! They should stop the corporate with this site
