Master Card Settlement payment
Cannot log into my account to access funds. Just an endless loop of it not being able to register my card when it fact it is already registered. Not a human on the 800 number stated on the virtual card email.

Cannot access any of the cards provided from a settlement
I received a card from this site for a small settlement a couple of months ago. When entering the card number to view card balance the website says to repeatedly try again while verifying I'm a human. It's just an endless loop never getting to the card details. I have since received a code for an additional card with a balance on it. Upon entering the code I go through the same endless loop of try again. The website is fraudulent as it gives no actual access to funds.
Desired outcome: The website needs to be fixed. If they are incapable of providing the platform than a judge needs to seize all funds from them for a new corporation to hold.

I cant activate my card. i redeemed it a few months ago its a 10$ card but i cant activate it and hence cant use it. I have my card but whenever i try to activate it it says its unable to process
Getting card replacements because the site doesn’t do it
I can't get my cards replaced. This isn't the first time. What is wrong with checks. I will change from nexgard. It shouldn't be this much trouble. The site says replace card. But doesn't do it.

I received my prepaid MasterCard and supposedly it's activated yet I am unable to use this card for anything. I think this is a fraud of some sort and I think I would like to be able to use my 150.00. it's my money and why won't my card work

100.00 prepaid Mastercard from VSP
I have been trying all day to find out where the funds are for the prepaid card that I received from VSP.
I tried to use this morning, to find out they say there was no funds. So, first I called the [protected] number on the card to talk to customer service. I found that this is totally automated, so I got nowhere except to find out that December 21st there were 2 transactions that were not mine, 358.99 and 1.96 when the card was only for 100.00. Then the information on today's try at 100.00 that had no funds.
I then went online for customer service. I got someone called Ellen that supposedly was going to forward me to someone that could answer for 1.00. All I had to do was fill out the forms. This also got me nowhere.
I have tried to get into my account, but I couldn't get in because my password was not recognized. I tried to reset the password, but never received the emails with the code.
So, I want to know where my 100.00 is.
MasterCard Expired
My MasterCard expired and I cannot reach out to customer service to receive a replacement card or to learn what's the process on expired cards. I couldn't find any info on the website about expired cards.
Desired outcome: Can you please provide info about the process that needs to be followed for expired cards?
MasterCard prepaid card
I have three (3) MyPrepaidCenter cards totalling $125.00. I have attempted several times to activate these cards on-line with no success. One card has already expired (04/21), another will expire this month (12/21) and one in April 2022. On each card there is printed: FUNDS DO NOT EXPIRE. The website does not recognize any of the cards as valid. Today (12/18/2021) I tried calling the numbers listed on the website; again with no success. There are no options to talk to a live representative.
I have included a scan of the three (3) cards; however some of the digits are hidden for the purposes of protection.
Desired outcome: I would like a check mailed to me that I can deposit and have the money that is tied up in these cards.
It seems that others have had a problem similar to mine. I will be contacting the company who sent me these cards originally to file a complaint as well.
VISA Prepaid Card Expired - No way to request replacement card
My company purchased a $1000 VISA gift card from MyPrepaidCenter.com. The card expired before the entire balance was used; and there is no option to request a replacement card on their website or on the customer service line (which is all automated).
12/17/21 - I have called the customer service line several times looking for a solution; however, no option existed for card replacement. Also looked at cardholder agreement and I am eligible for the remaining funds.
I would expect a company of this size to be more forthcoming with the process of obtaining the balance or replacement cards. I wonder if this violates any laws.
Desired outcome: 1. Replacement card with balance of funds. 2. The company provides an option on the customer service line to request replacement card.
card not working
Got this card from work as a gift doesn't work on line says i have $11 dollars on it . It was a $100 dollar card and got taxed on it as income wow what a gift . What else can i say can't seem to fix this the gift cost me money and can't talk to anyone no service provided for this . Thanks
A $100.00 Visa gift card from SmartEnergy
Signed an agreement to use smart energy for six months as a renewable energy source. Doing so would make me eligible to receive a Visa gift card for $100.00.I have tried to activate this card both online and over the phone. When called on the phone the person answering tried to tell me he had to activate an additional $100.00 Walmart card, I responded I did not want the Walmart card just to activate the card received from Smart Energy he the hung up!

Pre paid card activation
I received a prepaid MasterCard as a settlement from AWL American Web Loan and have been unable to activate it. I have tried to activate this card numerous times online and it just will not activate. I have tried calling the customer service with the number printed on the card numerous times do all the things that the service prompted me to do but was still unable to get this card activated and unable to get a live person to help me with this issue. I would like this problem solved by being able to activate and use this card.
Virtual Prepaid card
My job gave us these cards for Christmas last year. I was holding on to it for when it was really needed. Come to find out the card expired 6/21 six months after I was given the card. Then I find that I have been charged fees for the past 4 months on an expired card. I call the number given and no one picks up the system tells me my card is exp and funds cannot be used after exp date. So, I started with 300.00 after fees I'm at 280.25 and counting every month they just take it and I can't use it. How do you justify not replacing an expired card and keeping the balance just to take fees. please email me [protected]@yahoo.com

Budweiser rebates/MasterCard my prepaidcard.com
We have had received 3 Budweiser rebate reward debit cards issued through Mastercard, my prepaidcard.com. The first card had 1 cent on it when we activated it, it was supposed to be for 12.00.
Now we have 2 cards issued, one for 8.00 and 1 for 12.00. Neither one of these cards is "recognized" when trying to activate. Have tried online as well as through automated phone process. It is impossible to contact a live customer service assistant.
Its also impossible to contact Budweiser to alert them to this MasterCard scam. I think it's a case of fraud on one end or the other.
We would like to be compensated for these rebates in a form other than through mastercard. Prefer a manual check .

I received a prepaid MasterCard as a rebate from Discount Tires in August and have been unable to activate it. I have tried to activate this card numerous times online and it just will not activate. I used the website, QR code on my phone, called the 888.371.2109 and I cannot activate the reward/rebate card. There is no "LIVE" person I can talk too.

Visa Debit card
This company is a total scam! I received my activation code, and followed all the instructions and it didn't activate. I then requested a plastic card for a fee of $3 that would be deducted from the value on the card. I received the plastic card in the mail. When I tried to activate this card it comes up invalid card number when I try to activate it. You cannot get a live person on the phone. Myprepaidcenter.com is a total scam!
