Hello I am Arbin a user of the preapid master card service of your website and I am facing a issue where I had previously bought something from a ecommerce website called daraz which is famous in south asia but I payed it through your mastercard the payment got pending but it didn't reach the seller so I request the company to look after this I have been trying to get in touch with you but I am not hope this will reach you. Claimed loss: 160$ + foreign transaction tax

Desired outcome: i wish to get my money back because i contacted the ecommerce site they told they haven't recieved any money.they told me to contact the bank

MyPrepaidCenter.com Cant use the card declined in a every store listed!!!

I tried every single store listed at least once and i have been declined every single transaction. Ive linked the card to my wallet. Ive called the number all i get is automation. $50 on a card cant even purchase $2 item. I have nothing good to say about this company. I have to check my email for a verification code to check my balance every single time even though i have account with them...

I don't know why and how come you guys probably get issues with where your cards is working, I know where it works just fine so far as it's been activated and you can see the PAN to use. The name of the handler is IntraTex and they aren't really public as you will need to be referred to them by someone to be able to get their services.

MAKE SURE TO READ UNTIL THE END AS IN THE END LIES YOUR SOLUTION

The issues with these gift cards is that they're not designed to work in/for strict security intensed platforms, but overall prepaiddigitalsolutions.com gives the best gift cards though 100%.

I can show you a way you will be able to get your money out of the card for good, payments work there most of the time because they use Stripe and have lesser stringent 3ds and other securities that rejects alot of gift cards issuers as they've partnered with a U.S company known as Talos Inc. to be able to deliver their services using their commerce services arm known as Talos Commerce.

I've used my cards there too and I always use my cards there, it works just fine and easily with only 1 swipe/payment. There offer gift cards redemption products so you can redeem your almost any prepaid/gift cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, etc) for items, commodities, atimes (but hardly) even cash payment (only if they deem it fit and after cross examinations) all at 50% fee. Cash payments though can be for higher amounts, but it's worth it to get your money into your bank account rather than it expiring and getting wasted in the card.

I don't know if you can get in contact with me or something so I can walk you through, it's not my 1st time though as I've redeemed with them alot of my survey rewards cards and also those of my friends, you will see my receipt of payment email screenshot from Stripe attached to this review. I'd be willing to help you 100%, I don't know it it's allowed to post contact infos here cuz I hope they don't tag me as a fraudster or something.

There's high success rates there, and I always redeem my cards there regardless of whatever/wherever so far as it's a Gift Card (as they only accept Gift cards for security purposes and compliance regulations). They mostly accept/process survey sourced gift cards, but you can give whatever else gift cards you've got (with the proof of source) and they'd let you know if/whether they can process for you in Amazon orders, Walmart, Target, etc you name it, cash transfer in currencies they support (ACH or Wire for USD), etc. Just tell them and they'd ensure you get excellently good value for your money & I guarantee you this 200% as I've been transacting with them for since like over a year now for all of my gift cards, and I'm not lying/joking.

Select non-survey services such as card redemption, and you're good to go as you'd be taken to their WhatsApp automatically (that is if you don't want to save then manually send them a message).

MyPrepaidCenter.com No Customer Service to Resolve Issue

I've tried to use my rebate card for an online purchase. The company I am purchasing from keeps saying the card issuer is declining the purchase. I have gone online and registered the card, and no changes. I have called and went through their entire phone menu. One option states if you are having problems with online purchases, to go to the website and go to your profile and update your billing address there. But, when you go to the website, the only thing the Profile section offers is a way to change your name, email or password. NOTHING about updating your address. So you can't fix the problem, and there is no human you can reach to help you.

I received a card with 200 dollars available. I went online activated and registered it. I have tried to used it repeatedly, it is declined EVERY time. Card will not work. Tried using the merchants listed (which is the weird that it’s a Mastercard, but not accepted everywhere Mastercard is accepted). The card actually does not work. I tried calling customer service, naturally it is all automated. No live agent. I plan to file complaints with the BBB, write bad reviews at all possible sites and spend as much of my time making others aware of these horrible business practices as I have spent trying to get this card to work. I would love to start/join a class action, MyPrepaidCenter is absolutely horrible.

Desired outcome: Outcome desired: for the card to work & 150 dollars for the time attempting to get the card to work (18.75 hr). I do not work for free and companies like this seem to believe my time is worth nothing.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Prepaid visa card

Received card in October 2023. Have been unable to activate the card which had an expiration date of December 2023. Tried to activate online and through their system. Did not work. Called customer service and they keep telling me that the card is not in my name so they cannot assist. Now the card is expired and they keep telling me to call insurance provider because that is who provided the gift card. Just keep getting the runaround. It's crazy because the envelope and actual card have my name on it. I just want to get the $30 that was issued to me but reps keep saying there is nothing they can do because card is not in my name.

I called them today January 30, 2024. The agent Brenda said that the funds are not available according to the terms and conditions of the card.

This card was originally issued to me because of a General Tire purchase.

The value of the card is $70.

A lot people online are having the same problem with this company. I was able to talk to someone only once, after that nothing. No option to speak to a live agent. File a complaint with the FTC and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Their behavior is very shady and fraudulent because the cards don't work.

I have received two separate payments from settlements, created an account, followed the instructions and neither card will show me the card number or add to my wallet! the app is useless and i cannot get through to customer service! the site deducted $3 from the balance of 1 payment because i requested a physical card since online isnt working ! unacceptable

Received my Wellness Rewards debit for $20 this summer. I activated it per instructions and later tried to use it at local CVS (approved place). It showed I had a $0 balance ! I had never used it. I tried to call you.. No way to get a human and no instructions how. I tried to email, but your email address does not work. Suspicious ! I wrote a letter to NV address on your site months ago. No phone call or response. MyPrepaidCenter.com The worst in class company of its kind

The credit cards they issue work well, sure, but god forbid you want to manage them by logging on your online account. You can never successfully login even when you have the right password. When you reset your password, it doesn't rightaway, you need to give it at least half a day and then try again. There's no way to contact the support team other than by calling which doesn't work half the time. Just the most pathetic service!

MyPrepaidCenter.com Visa Debit Award Card

We received a prepaid visa debit award card with the $602.50, the card states funds do not expire however, the card expired 06/21. We had been trying to contact the company and were unsuccessful. Now it's December 2023, I was finally able to locate a working phone number and website for them. Upon contacting the automated line and entering my card information and a recording states that they do not issue replacement cards once the card expires. If the card says the “funds do not expire” then the funds do not expire, and a new card should be issued. This is a predatory and intentionally deceptive business practice.

Claimed loss: $602.50

Desired outcome: Have a new card re-issued and all fees waived due to the deceptive business practices.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Card is being rejected everywhere

My company bought a card for me.

I've activated card a few days ago and I cannot use it anywhere. I've tired adding it to the google wallet, it was rejected. I've tried to shop online on various sites it was rejected. Also, I cannot log in to my MyPrepaidCenter account from the laptop (Chrome browser) it keeps showing "Error on our side", I only managed to log in from my mobile and there I can see my active card with the balance.

Hello,

I have money left on my visa card on myprepaidcenter and it recently expired. The card says “Funds do not expire”, and I read on your FAQ: "if the funds remain in the card even after its expiry date, you can request a spare card free of charge by contacting customer service. ” but since I’m international I cannot call the number on your website, and there is no email address... How do I figure this out?

MyPrepaidCenter.com Cannot access refunded money

I purchased an item using MyPrepaidCard. I then returned the item and a credit was issued to the card, but the credit date was after the expiration date. Now I can't use the balance of $14.30 and MyPrepaidCard is now applying a $3.95 fee every month. I tried to call and it is making me enter the card number before I can speak to a person, but when I enter the card number, it tells me it is not valid.

This company is a scam!

MyPrepaidCenter.com Virtual Credit Card for Rebate

This company is a total scam. I received a rebate from a class action settlement for $11.63. However, they make it IMPOSSIBLE to verify the card number or contact anyone at their company. I created a login and password for their website, called several of their phone numbers, verified every code they sent me, and they can’t find my information and won’t allow me to talk to a physical person or get past any of their prompts on the phone numbers they give out.

Claimed loss: $11.63 and hours of my time

Desired outcome: Getting my $11.63

MyPrepaidCenter.com My Prepaid Center

I was given 3 virtual cards from my husband and I followed the instructions to redeem all 3 codes and create an account and add all 3 cards successfully to my profile and my apple wallet. I was only able to use 1 card for 2 purchases. Once the account logged out and I tried logging back in I received an error message: “ there was error signing in. Please try again later.” I reset my password and nothing. I tried using it from my apple wallet at a store and it declined! So this company locked my profile and locked the 3 virtual cards! Unbelievable! And I called their number and all it has is options no live person to speak to. No email to contact for resolution!

Claimed loss: $253

Desired outcome: Unlock my account, mail the cards and allow me to use my money!

Sent me a DM? Where because you have not email me as my profile has that information. That other phone number you sent me doesn’t get me to talk to an agent either and my card number IS correct! These practices are illegal and I’m taking it to the better business bureau if not resolved!

MyPrepaidCenter.com Unable to redeem card balance

I received two $ 50$ gift cards from my company through email, and I activated both online at https://www.myprepaidcenter.com. I can see two cards in the account, but when I try to use them for online payments, they are not working.

I tried to redeem them on Amazon, but the redemption code I received in the email is not working, nor are the card details working since the amount was charged to my regular card despite having the gift card number entered.

Am I doing it correctly? I followed all the steps they mentioned on the website.

Can someone help me with this, or is the company (MyPrepaidCenter) responsible for providing faulty card details and redemption codes?

MyPrepaidCenter.com My prepaid mastercard usa is not working

Yesterday I paid Prepaid Mastercard USA in the amount of $500. I quickly received the code from Bitrefill. By going to the website https://myprepaidcenter.com/ I activated the code and received a letter from My Prepaid Center confirming that the code was activated successfully. By clicking on the link from the letter from My Prepaid Center, I see the details of my Prepaid Mastercard USA, I see that the card balance is $500. When I try to pay for an order at a store (eg Home Depot) the payment fails. This is not the first time I have used such cards (including at Home Depot) and so far there have been no problems. I accurately enter all the data and receive a refusal when completing the transaction. I tried to resolve this issue with My Prepaid Center, but I did not receive a response from them. Please help me solve my problem!

Desired outcome: I need a WORKING prepaid card for $500
