The McDonald's on Anaheim and Redondo in long beach CA has the worst customer service in the world I found a large screw in my daughter's chicken nugget Happy meal where she nearly almost choked went back to the establishment to report the problem when one of the managers offered a full compensation and was very concerned when another manager came in and denied the compensation and only offered a happy meal. No concern not inquiring if everything was okay just rude

Desired outcome: Filing a complaint and talking to the store manager is useless
