McDonald's review: My food was cold and fries on all 3 of my meals were rock hard!!

[protected] at around 8pm I went through the drive thru ti order food for me and my 2 kids on my last $28 I had. I ordered 3 number 7 and all my fries were old and rock hard. Not one normal fries in the 3 meals all old and hard. I called the location only to get a voicemail telling me the mailbox is full and I can’t leave a message. I did not get a receipt from the drive through because the girl working drive through stated she ran out of paper. I worked fast food we run out of paper we replace it just like any other item. Also who gives out old nasty fries. I know when they scooped them they knew they were old. When customers go to a restaurant we expect to receive what we paid for not trash. I spent my last $28 trying to get food for me and my kids just for us not to even eat. I could not go to restaurant because I have no gas in my car. It’s what bothers me the most. I went to McDonald’s to use my last $28 just to get trash food old food. Food I didn’t eat and my kids didn’t eat. You guys have terrible customer service. You give out old nasty food and then can’t even answer the phone so your customers can tell you about an issue. I won’t be coming back

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response back and a refund or credit .
