This is the second time I've made this complaint. If this product is not available most of the time you should remove it from your menu. When you wait in line only to discover that the idem you want is not available...AGAIN! It's only makes your customer regret wasting their time then moving on to their destination without their favorite drink upset with your company. Btw it's become a nation wide joke about your frappe machines not working!

Desired outcome: Please fix your machines. Are remove is from your menu
