On 11/20/2022 at around 2pm I went through the Drive Thru and made an order (4 happy meals, single plain cheeseburger, & a McChicken/small fry bundle), paid for that order and got my receipt. When I got to the second window I was given my drinks and straws, and immediately asked to pull up to the rail to wait for my food (all of the numbered parking spots were also full of customers waiting). So I parked by the rail and waited at least FIFTEEN MINUTES until a worked walked out with a brown McDonald's tote bag handed it to me and walked away immediately. Inside the tote bags were just the 4 happy meals with no sauce, one of them had no toy, and that's it. I had to catch another worker outside to tell them I'm missing my mchicken and small fry bundle and sauce, waited another 10 minutes for that to come out, and rushed home just to realize they never gave me the single cheeseburger! Had to go back up to McDonald's, went straight to the first window of drive thru, told them I'm missing the cheeseburger, lady at first window said ok I let them know, pulled up to the second window and the boy had no idea what I was there for. I showed him my receipt and he still insisted that I should've called the restaurant before coming back up there, then they parked me AGAIN and I waited at least another 10 minutes for a plain small cheeseburger that I should've gotten the first time. Honestly it is just RIDICULOUS how this restaurant is ran at this location like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off‼️‼️ something needs to be done ASAP!
