Wexford Pennsylvania McDonald’s. The drive thru 1st window older lady named Lori was so rude. She had no personality, acted like I was bothering her. Her vape sitting on the cash register was it for me. I know everywhere is short staffed but hire someone who can do basic interaction of smiling. I heard her yell at the teenager worker she said the word [censored]. I am astonished. McFlurry also was cookies on top nothing mixed in the bottom, bad experiences and the pandemic excuse is getting old.

Desired outcome: Let go of toxic employees namely ones who swear at your staff and smoke on the job in your window. Who is this owner?
