On 6/5/2020, store #16917, I using the drive-thru had ordered 2 QP Combo Meals Upsizing both to a Lg Combo. Requested no pickles in both QPs, no salt on both FF, with 2 diet Cokes. And 2 apple pies. At the time it seemed that I didn't have the full attention from the person that was taking the order cause I needed to repeat myself about 4-5 times cause the order was not right when they had repeated my order. As I proceeded to the window I paid for the order thinking everything was on the receipt. When I received my order, there was no pies. It was bought to my attention that I didn't order or pay for any pies. Ok, so patiently I paid for pies and received it. Ok, so by now so much time had gone by. When getting home my wife bought to my attention that both FF had salt and both FF was half filled, 1 soda was a Dr. Pepper and both was in medium cups, the time sticker from the Pies was removed and receipt can barely read it. At this McDonalds, this is a situation that repeatedly happens. Prior to this complaint I have made my complaints to the manager on shift but service had not improved. Cause of their poor service I try not to go there but at times I can't help it cause it is closer to my home. I'd like to include past problems that are also repeatedly occurring. Cause I order FF w/o salt, they try to take the hot FF and fill the holder while holding it their hand trying not to get burn from the hot FF, and by doing that I don't get the amount I pay for. Removing pickles that are already in a sandwich cause I can taste the pickle juice. This problems existed for a long time before getting this new facility. I'm hoping things will improve with Customer Service. Thank you
