McDonald's belgrade’s tašmajdan store

I had a chance to visit this store yesterday and the service that i've received from Safet, the manager was absolutely disturbing!Wanted to order extra chicken in my salad(which is possible to customise where i come from).His stuff firstly mimicked me how i spoke then he got involved saying ‘That doesn't exist anywhere'!I've advised Mr Safet that surely customised orders do exist somewhere, he went into deeper conversation with me as in ‘where is it possible'.When i said in Australia he started lounging and said rudely how he's has never been in Australia!To make things worse he went to back of the store and continued talking to his stuff how he's never been to other country's Mcdonald's.Other, younger stuff got involved and were laughing on the same matter while other customers were present!Such an unprofessional behaviour from the manager and his stuff!All i tried to do is to prove my point that i wasn't asking for impossible!
Dear Mr Safet by the looks of it you will be stuck in Serbia's McDonalds(as a manager) for the rest of your life!Shame on you!

McDonald's online ordering

Submitted my order online, once there the staff could not find the order. Instead of trying to retake the order go resolve the issue, they want to fuss at me stating I had done something wrong! I showed the manager the screenshots saying my order was complete and sent to the correct location. After about 30 minutes of fussing they say they have found the order. The fries were cold n soggy and burgers room temp. Worst experience ever! It took an hour to get food that was not even edible and it cost $40!

McDonald's poor customer service

A young man whom name was Josh, was to what I believe is the superviser was VERY rude to a young female customer. Was harrassing her infront of others and was despecable. I am [censored]ing pissed what kind of place are you running. The superviser disrespecting customers. What is that sending to your other employees that is okay to harrass people and you can go up the chain. Wow. I will NEVER be going there as long as he is there.

McDonald's drive-thru service

I would like to start off and say, I enjoy eating breakfast at your establishment. However, today was not a pleasant visit.

This morning at the drive-thru, I placed my order with a large coffee and was asked how many creamers and sugars. As I drove around to the pick-up window, I realized the coffee and sugar was added to the drink. I politely asked the cashier if she can make another cup with the creamer and sugar on the side. (The order was for a friend. Did not know if they wanted it in their coffee.)

The cashier kissed her teeth at me and replied " Oh my gosh" and walked away from the window. I'm sadly to say, I will not be attending this location in the near future.

McDonald's drive thru

The McDonald's in Charleston TN is outrageous. The workers are rude and make everyone pull up from the window after paying so their drive thru time will look good. And this didn't just happen once it's everyday all day. And if you complain to manger they just say o well and make you wait even longer. Something needs to be done about this. You don't treat paying customers like they are such a bother

McDonald's unfair and dishonorable service

Cannot ignore the situation I've got to in McDonalds just 20 minutes ago. I've decided to visit McDonalds today here in Bulgaria, Nesebar(the one cafe located right aside of Shell gas station- cos in any country I'm sure to get high quality service- but not today! I have ordered HappyMeal with one of the toys my which person or kid can see on display ( place where you can see how this toy looks like and kid or adult chooses toy he wants and ordering this toy on the cash desk). I have asked one toy (binocular)- but young lady on the cash desk answered : there is no this toy and brought my only two kind of other toys they have available to give. I said to her : but you have one in that display box - give me this one. She answered : no! Only two kinds you can have! There where no one Sorry or anything like this.. I've tried to explain - it is not fare to kids and people- if you put different kinds of toys in the display box- and kid chooses it - you cannot say them : no! You will have other toy- we give other... I asked them to take out of this display box toys you don't have available to serve. Got answer- no! Then I said that I will leave them negative feedback and they answered- it is stupid! After all - I have decided to order double cheezburger menu - they didn't put any napkin to the bag- later 8 have asked - why - the answer was - to get napkin you have to request to give one to you... no more comments. No service! No respect to people! It is not mcdonalds or if so- it means McDonalds quality is dying and if your company will do nothing with this situation- it will mean that the same situation can be be not just with quality of service but with quality of food... I attach pictures of this McDonalds place and display box with big choice of toys when in real there is only two kinds of toys they have to give to kids.
With hope to changes for better and respect to foundator of the great brand.
Please check you cameras you have in this place to check if I'm right!

Adding: coffee machine doesn't work, they almost can't speak English... and yes- adult about toy?- yes - kids will not apply any complains... why advertise things you have not available to sell?! And yes- one more - this McDonalds - you can't find it on official Bulgarian McDonalds web site- just on Sattelite map in google maps...

McDonald's food undercooked

Hello I went to Mcdonalds in riverside off madison st ca 92504. I sat in the drive threw and no one took my order for 10 min so indrove up to tje window and order and then was ask to park in front to wait. I waited for 35 min and when i recived my food I went home and had undercook fries. I been to this one a couple of times and they always give undercook or incomplete orders.

McDonald's service

Hi. I don't know if this is right way to make a complaint but can't find another way too. My wife and I are from Ireland and on way back from Bulgaria today we stopped into McDonalds...firstly we love McDonalds and have eaten here as kids ourselves and now bring out own. We had a great trip in Bulgaria on the weeks holidays but worst part of our holiday was stopping into McDonalds in Bourgas airport Bulgaria. We placed our order( which as expensive anyways however we accepted this as its an airport). Firstly they run out of all drinks except water and orange juice, . Lady makes us an extra packet of fried and orange juice. we said was mistake(as Human error is fair enough). She then gets a stinking attitude in her way of speaking to us. She says "you cannot have a refund, you can have an icecream instead) we explained we didn't want icecream just money back please but says no refunds again to us...we then ask for the manager and rexieved attitude from first said lady for requesting her manager...manager comes over(speaks in another language to the first mentioned lady however refunds us with a smile while initial lady keeps apologising to her manager and ignoring us... Left is with the height if bad taste in our mouths and a bad end to a great holdiay. The same lady before hand argued with another customer over the sauce she asked for though the customer explained she asked for another, lady behing counter says that's all she had(we witnessed all this first)...that staff member is an embarrassment to your company...

P.s if another way to make complaint to head office please make me aware. Thank you.

After having a great holiday in Bulgaria, the children wanted a Mac ie ds before the flight home.
I stood in the que for 20 mins and when I finally arrived at the front he went off and cleaned for 10 mins. When I asked about it he told me to join another line !
I asked her his manager was and he said he hadn’t one .
The place is full of rude staff and it’s left me with a sore taste in my mouth

McDonald's waiting time to order and get food

It is 92 degrees out side I'm in my car with my two small children hoping to be in n out of the drive through since it is fast food we have been waiting in this line just to freaking order ! This waiting time is not including our food getting prepared I guess. We shouldn't have to wait 20 mons in line just to order when it's very hot it's definitely unsafe to be this long with my kids in the car very disappointed and frustrated. Construction going on during business isn't helping either

McDonald's double quarter pounder

I went to the drive thru at McDonalds on South Roxboro Street in Durham N.C. I ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese. When I got home I took a bite and noticed the burger was bright pink inside (not done). I took it back to the restaurant and the cashier said she would replace the burgers. After she gave me two more burgers I could not eat them because of being nauseated thinking about the first two burgers that were not cooked done. I also saw online more complaints from other customers of burgers not being cooked done. This does not seem to be an isolated incident and I feel the employee need more training on how to cook the food properly.

McDonald's breakfast biscuit sandwich

I visited your Pottsville location this morning. Your worker was pleasant in showing us how to order from your new kisok. I ordered 2 breakfast biscuit sandwiches to go. The biscuit was as hard as a rock, we threw it out as we were on the way to work and didn't have time to return. This is NOT the 1st time I have had this problem with your biscuits. Plz train staff not to serve HARD biscuits

McDonald's the overall running

McDonalds on 179 Rockdale ave Dartmouth ma 02748 is by far the worst I've ever been to. I've given it numerous chances and first complaint is the wait. On a Sunday 8pm night waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told the shake I ordered I could not have cuz it won't come out. Then they said sorry and walked away. I had to get their attention again and ask for a reimbursement since I already paid at the prior window. Then this is like my 4th time there andthe fries are ALWAYS made to a burnt. Disgusting. This food I wouldn't even serve to 3rd world countries. Does not belong in Dartmouth

McDonald's quarter pounder meat

Meat was not fully cooked on burger it was pink inside like RARE! ... managers should properly train new employees and make sure food is cooked correctly. Me n my family had a long day out at the beach get home ready to eat pass by grab sum mcdonalds ordered quarter pounder with cheese only n my daughter ate half a burger this can cause illnesses n harm anybody i tried callin restaurant twice but no one picked up to let them know of incident n prevent from happening again. We will no longer be goin to that mcdonalds ever again and i will from this moment forward cut burgers in half to make sure my kids can eat them before i assume they are well cooked.

McDonald's mcdonald's restaurant, in delaware ohio on sandusky street

Hello,

I don't know what has become of this McDonalds but it is one of the worst I have ever been to. Drive thru and at the counter. However, Drive thru is by far the worst. They are always out of something. Coke products, hash browns, bacon. The lines are always backed up. It feels like utter confusion and chaos is going on. When you get to the window, the employees are laughing and carrying on and they hand you your order that is wrong.

I feel that this restaurant is badly managed (if at all), products aren't ordered and someone needs to get the communication system at the drive thru fixed. They don't hear you (why the orders are messed up and assumptions made) and you can't hear or understand them. Your order also never shows up on the screen so you can see if it's right.

This restaurant needs help!

McDonald's i'm complaining about the service at the mcdonald's in lancaster, sc on bypass

I normally don't like to complain because I know fast food is a hard job because people can be very mean sometimes. but the McDonald's here in Lancaster South Carolina on the bypass they they just can't get it right I'll let it go the first time lady told me to stop saying hello to the intercom system because I sat there for 10 minutes and nobody said anything so I come it's just saying hello is anyone there and she comes on to the intercom system and says what do you want stop saying hello rude as she could be. I understand she could have been frustrated because they were busy but a simple hi ma'am welcome to McDonald's could you hold on one second I'll be right with you would have sufficed and I would have been happy but when she said that I left and went to Hardee's across the street and didn't eat there again for 3 months. now I'm a big fan of McDonald's thing so I finally decided I would go back well everything has been fine so far but this morning about 9: 30 I'm using my new mobile app with the coupons and I order to breakfast biscuits I wanted a sausage and cheese biscuit it was buy one biscuit get one for a dollar and a sausage and cheese biscuit. Appleton first window and I pay is 462 I believe I tell her I don't need the receipt because it's just too busy. we pull up to the second window to receive our food and there are two young lady standing there she doesn't have me a bag and says did you have the such as such such as I believe it was a hash brown in a biscuit and I said no I don't but you need to start you messing up too many goddamn orders when the wide-open I heard everything okay. the other girl she is going to stand up for yourself like any normal person would told the other young lady that you know if she wanted to do it if she she needs to be right her way she's just stepped into glass enjoy yourself that's how I want to find but it seems to me like this McDonald's has a problem with their customer service and their young ladies attitudes particularly in the morning. so she tells us to pull away from the window and go park and mobile app parking spot number 3 on because I guess you didn't want us to tell us to hear her and the other girl yelling at each other so we pull down there beside us maybe afterwards okay it's and the manager I believe was came out and said no that's not what I got I had sausage and cheese biscuit she goes back inside with her 15 minutes later with my order and my biscuit has egg on it and apparently I've been charged for the egg and I didn't want it I want a sausage and cheese but I figured I'll just take it off and my fiance will eat it no big deal but I wasn't going to deal with these women anymore they apparently have no communication skills no conflict resolution skills and I mean no no they don't even know how to interact with the public with a professional manner you have lost a good customer because I will never ever go to McDonalds anywhere again because I'm just tired of the this is worse than that I mean this is horrible service. It may be a good idea that part of the training process when people get hired at McDonald's is simply try to be nice and decent human being and be professional in the workplace because this is frustrating. it's just not worth dealing with anymore I will never spend my money ain't no McDonald's again and neither will my fiance or my three children as long as I have something to do with it.

I apologize for the grammar in my post but I am using talk to text speech because it's just way too much to type and when I tried to call customer service, I was on hold listening to this god-awful elevator music for 15 minute yall need to do better.

McDonald's customer service

I had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life tonight. I get to the window, was told my to total was $9.61. I hand the cashier a $10 bill. She puts it in the drawers and walks away.no No receipt was given. While waiting for my food, I asked for my change and she proceeds to tell me she has NO CHANGE at all in her drawer and the manager does not have access to the safe to get change. My husband who has worked for McDonald's during high school automatically knew something was up. Managers should have access to supply change. Shifts change require managers have access to safe. She hands me my food forcefully, and the bag with my food drops to the ground (road) in between window and my car window. As my food was being re-made, i asked for my change again. As she gave me my new bag of food, she word for word told me "[censored] your complaining about $0.39 cents" I said yes I am. Miraculously the manager was able to open the drawer, and able to give me my change without having to "get change" like she previously said. Other words were said by her including "[censored]". I tried to call and speak to the store manager, and got hung up on. It took me 10+ times to get someone to answer after that. ( I will be happy to send calm logs) For a worldwide company, and someone who is a manger myself, this is completely unacceptable. Both on the manager and the employee and the company name Mvdonakds itself.

This happened at approximately 3:30-3:45 am July 29th 2018.

McDonald's service

At McDonald's at 701 Clearview Pkwy I order yesterday it was incorrect told manager she made no care to fix it as right before her my order was being fixed and thing after thing was missing from my coffee to my cold sandwich. i asked for one complimentary pancake as i waited for my meal that had two things wrong. She was reluctant as my reason for stopping was I had to grab fast food to tale with my medicine before work and it must be taken timely. I placed my order at the kiosk but needing to pay with cash had to wait for someone to collect my money which took several minutes. The errors in a cold old looking chicken patty and missing paid ingrediants in my McCafe caused me to not take my medicine on time and stress caused me to hyperventilate as I worried because all this would also have me late for work. Plain awful with no appologies.I explained to the manager when I saw her how I before other than one time when the staff neglected the lobby as again me and another customer was waiting for someone to provide us with service until we left. I had praised this store. Crazy how this happened today in a managers watch. No Care in Customer Service.

McDonald's unethical behaviour

July 28, 2018, McDonalds Talisay South Coast Center about 9:30 AM. I was in line to get a plastic bag because my son is not eating for some reason. I nicely asked a certain Alyssa a cashier crew at McDonald's just said, 'We don't have a plastic ' and just entertained a visitor (Not sure if American or what nationality).

She just left me there until I asked another crew and provided me with a small paper bag. The worst part is I told the manager about the behavior of the cashier but she won't even listen to me.

I really felt like there's a discrimination because they just completely ignored my complaint because they have a bunch of foreign nationals that were ordering food at the counter.

I just thought McDonald's have a better customer service but they're just all the same. Terrible service.

McDonald's stores not ada compliant

I am a frequent customer at your Adams/Wells McDonald's location in downtown Chicago. I am disabled and use a scooter. I struggle everyday to get in and out of this location as none of the doors are ADA accessible. I have to try to open them and navigate my scooter thru the door at the same time.

I also visit your location at Wells and North Ave. in Old Town, Chicago. You just refurbished that location and I was really hoping that you would put in an ADA door mechanism there as well. You did not.

I am bringing this to your attention and hope you will look into it.

McDonald's customer service

Fast food has changed especially my parents owned a McDonalds... it's just cash cow, nobody cares their services suck, the employees are poorly trained and groomed...
And freaking prices are through the roof for poor services and all these years a fake quarter pounder w/ cheese!
You guys should be ashamed you've turned what used be an American eating institution in to a joke, a haven for homeless folks to hang out!
When my parents passed I hit outta the fast food business...
