I am tired of the intrusive nature of McCaffey advertising.
I accepted McCaffey because I thought it gave me safety but I am fed up with it. I have removed the programme from my computer and now I would like my money refunded.
I would be grateful if you could ensure that I am not bothered again by McCaffey slogans etc.

I responded to the renewal notice online and hoped that I had ordered protection for one year. My paypal account has been charged at £69.99 which is for two years which I definitely do not want. Please rectify this immediately.

Paid Rs.900 through State Bank of India on 30/7/2021, assuming it will cover three devices. Though it works on my Laptop, I am unable to install it on my cell phone. The subscription is valid till 9/4/2022. The whole process is not simple and I am unable to proceed with installation on my cell phone. The amount I paid is substantial for a retired person of 88 years old.

I am getting messages that your service is going to be terminated due to non payment. My credit card show the payment has been made. I called your 866 number twice to resolve this both times had difficulty hearing or understanding the service rep. nothing came of my calls!

On April 14 2021 I bought a Dell PC, installed was Mcafee Livesafe 12 month subscription. About 1 month ago, in the beginning of August 2021, I started receiving various emails, sometimes more than 5 a day, in the name of Mcafee [ see attachments]. Even when I block these emails they keep coming back and everytime I do a Mcafee scan the result always is "No threats found". I think the usefulness of an antivirus program is protecting a PC and stopping that kind of emails. Before Mcafee I used the AVG free antivirus program and I never had this problem.

Upon recieving yet another e-mail stateing I am at risk (still had a month to go) I purchased Mcafee total protection for 3 devices from Argos. I then downloaded it. As usual it told me to uninstall my 11 months old one and this new one loaded. But I cannot now play my games on facebook I keep getting "the content you requested cannot be displayed at the monent, temp unavailable, you may not have permission to view this page. This is happening on all my games! Now I have used Mcafee for quite some years, but why would I want a security device that does not allow me to play the games that i have played for years. I would like this to be sorted or my money back for Mcafee that is not providing what I want. I will try a different Security that DOES allow me to play my games . awaiting your speedy reply S Manston

YOUR RENEWAL IS A JOKE! I initally signed up in 2018 and it was only supposed to be for the one year. Today is appears I was charged EACH SUBSEQUENT YEAR.

According to your operator you auto-renew! If this is the case why would you have a pop up asking if one wants to renew! this message is very deceptive as it gives the impression that you have an option.

Microsoft on my computer protects my email just fine ---oh and ITS FREE!

However, I note on my credit card statement that I have received a debit for the amount of $114.95 plus an international transaction fee of $3.45 purchased on Friday 30 July 2021 and paid to MCAFEE.WWW.MCAFEE.COM 1800-998-887IRL # IRL Merchant.

So, two matters:. first, please send me an activation code in order to activate my subscription and. cancel the automatic debit on my credit card account

I am Manish Pillai. I bought a laptop last month and the free Mcafee antivirus protection was supposed to expire 8-Aug-2021.

I have renewed it for next one year by paying an amount of 399 Rs yesterday(8-Aug-2021). Money deducted from my bank account. However i have not received any update on Macfee antivirus details.Alo laptop is still showing as your Mcafee antivirus is expired and prompting me to buy again. Please help.

McAfee antivirus expired on my lap top & I renewed it McAfee safe family antivirus on 21 st July 2021 From 21st 2021 McAfee window peeps out at bottom right corner frequently & denotes that your computer is in danger & antivirus detected, system is infected & now buy McAfee antivirus device.
Where as new McAfee antivirus device after scanning says that no threat found you are protected .I don't understand what to do? because the threaten found window appearing frequently.

I used to use McAfee to cover my PC and android phone but since moving to Hong Kong in May 2020 have moved across to Apple without the need of cover. McAfee however took 89.99 from my UK account in June 2021 without my permission and I am still trying to recover my money. They do not respond to my emails or show any form of customer support. Quite the worst company to deal with.
