Mcafee Total Protection
Upon recieving yet another e-mail stateing I am at risk (still had a month to go) I purchased Mcafee total protection for 3 devices from Argos. I then downloaded it. As usual it told me to uninstall my 11 months old one and this new one loaded. But I cannot now play my games on facebook I keep getting "the content you requested cannot be displayed at the monent, temp unavailable, you may not have permission to view this page. This is happening on all my games! Now I have used Mcafee for quite some years, but why would I want a security device that does not allow me to play the games that i have played for years. I would like this to be sorted or my money back for Mcafee that is not providing what I want. I will try a different Security that DOES allow me to play my games . awaiting your speedy reply S Manston

YOUR RENEWAL IS A JOKE! I initally signed up in 2018 and it was only supposed to be for the one year. Today is appears I was charged EACH SUBSEQUENT YEAR.
According to your operator you auto-renew! If this is the case why would you have a pop up asking if one wants to renew! this message is very deceptive as it gives the impression that you have an option.

I am receiving a scan advice on my computer that I need to renew my subscription.
However, I note on my credit card statement that I have received a debit for the amount of $114.95 plus an international transaction fee of $3.45 purchased on Friday 30 July 2021 and paid to MCAFEE.WWW.MCAFEE.COM 1800-998-887IRL # IRL Merchant.
So, two matters:. first, please send me an activation code in order to activate my subscription and. cancel the automatic debit on my credit card account

I am Manish Pillai. I bought a laptop last month and the free Mcafee antivirus protection was supposed to expire 8-Aug-2021.
I have renewed it for next one year by paying an amount of 399 Rs yesterday(8-Aug-2021). Money deducted from my bank account. However i have not received any update on Macfee antivirus details.Alo laptop is still showing as your Mcafee antivirus is expired and prompting me to buy again. Please help.

McAfee safe family antivirus
McAfee antivirus expired on my lap top & I renewed it McAfee safe family antivirus on 21 st July 2021 From 21st 2021 McAfee window peeps out at bottom right corner frequently & denotes that your computer is in danger & antivirus detected, system is infected & now buy McAfee antivirus device.
Where as new McAfee antivirus device after scanning says that no threat found you are protected .I don't understand what to do? because the threaten found window appearing frequently.

I used to use McAfee to cover my PC and android phone but since moving to Hong Kong in May 2020 have moved across to Apple without the need of cover. McAfee however took 89.99 from my UK account in June 2021 without my permission and I am still trying to recover my money. They do not respond to my emails or show any form of customer support. Quite the worst company to deal with.

Now I get bombarded daily with Pop Ups warning me (despite still having 6 weeks to run on current subscription) and I keep accepting risk
How often do you need to be told. It is worse than hacker and scammer pop ups.

I purchased a Microsoft 365 Family card at Walmart. To find out that it was the wrong card. I returned to Walmart within 2 to 3 hrs to be told the do not refund any cards and to call the number in the back of the card. Which I did about 5 to 6 days later. Then I had to go to 2 different website and following instructions and send a copy of the receipt and then I received 2 e-mails stating they received the copy and I had to wait 3 weeks for a check and a email stating it was a reimbursement receipt. It has now been 3 weeks and 10 days and no calls from billing which was supposed to expedite the check. No call back from a supervisor. Know being told it may take another 3 weeks by a lady but the name of Mildred who said she is a supervisor. And I told her that that wasn't happy and wanted to speak with someone higher than her. So know I have to wait 2 days for someone to get back to me. Wow can you believe the run around Im getting just to get my refund.

a McAfee email address to lodge my complaint to investigate the charging of my credit card when its not due and I was directed to this page.

I am shocked that my credit card shows a charged amount US$106.99 = S$146.59 ON 26 MAY 2021 when my laptop Window 10 screen shows my
subscription as at today 11 June 2021 has 249 days left, expiring on 2/15/2022.
I remember I renewed for 2 years.
Can your accounts billing dept please check where it has gone wrong or is there a duplication somewhere. I am only using ONE AND ONLY 1 LAPTOP,

I've never enabled automatic payments towards McAfee subscription. Even then, Rs.1986 has been deducted from my Credit Card on 09-JUN-2021.
Trying to search for McAfee contact details using Google, but McAfee web pages are not working.
On top of this, I'm not even using McAfee Antivirus software.
Hence, request you to do needful to process my request and help me to get my amount back.
