McAfee Unrecognised paid two year subscription!

Hello All,
I paid online for a two year subsciption with McAfee on 28th July 2021.
I automatically received a confirmation email from them on the same day.
I have raised the issue with McAfee in UK and France but in vain as they did not accept my proof of purchase (Bank Statement) because it does not mention McAfee but "AntivirusPaid instead". Despite the production of the said document supported with the confirmation email from McAfee, they refused to acknowledge payment of the actual subscription and I have been left with no cover since July!
As I paid via PayPal, I also produced a copy of the payment but also in vain!
They were however kind enough to send me a link to use to restore the paid version but because I exceeded the hour then, I was not able to activate it. I then notified them in order to resend the link but with no success as they ignored my successive emails ever since.

I would be grateful if you could possible resolve the issue before I escalate it any further.

I am enclosing all correspondence to that effect.

McAfee Money Taken from my Bank account without permission.

I am writing to you with a view to a refund of all monies illegally taken from my bank account without my permission.
I have been having money deducted over the course of a number of years as confirmed to me by your representative Teresa on the 7th Dec 2021.
I called as I noticed a deduction from my bank account of £79.99. This was the first time I had noticed this as I don't have paper copy's of my credit card statements. I know I should have but that's down to me.
I have never had McAfee internet security at any time, this was also confirmed as there is no record of my e-mail address which is [protected]@hotmail.com.
I was then advised that Lucy Stevens (my Daughter) is the name on the account. But my Daughter doesn't live at my address and hasn't for over 10 years. She also doesn't have McAfee internet security packages and hasn't used the e-mail address you have for her since she moved from my address. We have no knowledge of any payments that you have stolen from my account and have never at any time given permission for this. My Daughter has no knowledge of my credit card details, the card isn't registered to her and I want a full refund of all monies taken from me.
I contacted yourselves and was given a ref 1-[protected].
I was told my daughter would have received an e-mail from you informing her over the years of the money taken from my account, this is clearly not the case as this she doesn't have that e-mail address and hasn't done since she left home, over 10 years ago. This is clearly a gross error by an internet security company that clearly doesn't practice what it preaches. The card isn't registered to my daughter, she doesn't live at my address, its my account and I dont and never have had Mcafee security. There is no record of me on your accounts. I will esculate this further with an ombudsman If I do not hear from you, with your offer to reimburse me for all monies stolen

McAfee Taken money without my consent

You took £89.99 from my bank account with my say so I no longer want to us you and no intention of renewing my payments. I need the money returned to my account. I live on a fixed pension and I am 85 years old and cannot afford £89.99 a year. Thank You

McAfee Refund, your customer service is dreadful

For a start I was on the phone to your customer support for over an hour to which no one answered or spoke in that time.
I chatted to daniel this morning on chat line in customer services only to be told at the end of it it was a customer support issue, I was promised a phone call within 20 minutes to 30 minutes its now 2 hours later?
My problem is I want a refund, manly because your price has gone up 50% since last year but also I was not aware you could take the money from account without my permission.
I am not at all happy with the service you are giving, I wonder if your phones are in working order?
My refund will take no more than a few days I hope once you find someone to act on it.

McAfee email harassment

I canceled McAfee a long time ago.
Now they are emailing every day sometimes piggybacking other emails.
Not just once a day,
if it does not stop them I will be seeking harassment and block them.
I left cause they were very too expensive

McAfee Auto Renewal that was canceled #[protected]

I received an email message today 11/16/21 from a Joseph Martin, , that a McAfee auto renewal was charged to me for $269.99. I cxl my account and auto pay over a year ago. CXL #[protected].
This may have been a bogus email. I called the number and they tried to get me to sign into a web site to get a refund. I discontinued my conversation and I hung up.
Did McAfee send that email to me? Do you show that I cxl'd?

recently there have been McAfee scams going around saying it will expire soon. i get them and i am not a McAfee customer. i just ignore them and go on my way. i also report them to the McAfee scam department. i don't have on hand the email sorry.

McAfee report a scam

I have been receiving two or three e-mails every day purporting to be from McAfee asking me to renew a subscription but my annual renewal is automatic. I think the e-mail messages are a scam. Do you have previous knowledge of any such scheme. Worryingly the letter-headed messages appear to be genuine. If they really are from your company please let me know how to proceed.

its a scam, i don't have McAfee and I'm being sent scam emails saying my coverage is expiring [17 times? lol]. i ignore it cause its silly they send me it when I'm not on the platform at all. only time I'm on it is if i get it stock wise on a new computer [then i uninstall it and put my preferred antivirus programs.]

McAfee 2 accounts of Subscriptions

To whom it may concern. McAfee LiveSafe

I have received an e.mail from your good selves and have noticed that McAfee LiveSafe has taken 89.99 pounds subscription from my bank account on the 14/11/2021 .Invoice:- CS2899209659

Please! can you inform me, as I am very confused, as to why on your, My account McAfee page, has 2 x accounts for the same product, one of which is still active until 07/08/2022 and was paid for on 08/06/2021 to the sum off 89.99 pounds.

I have also noticed on the McAfee account page, that this has been going on since 2017 for both accounts each year.

Both accounts are from the same address:- Building 2000, City Gate, Mahom, Cork, Ireland
and both share the same VAT number IE6410804G

Please can you return to my bank account the monies that are owed me and remove one of the McAfee accounts from the McAfee Account page, so there is no more confusion.

Can you confirm that:-
1:- You have received this complaint.

2:- That you are dealing with the matter in hand and refunding my bank account the monies that is owed to me, forth with.

It also never removes virus or trojan it says I have but action required keeps coming up no matter how many times I restart devices.

Product makes my life 100x more difficult all devices run super slow or not at all. Once removed devices run at normal speeds. Please refund me my money.

McAfee Total protection plan

10/2 I received my monthly report, but I couldn"t open it.
10/3 - 11/07 I received notice that my account was ready to expire. The one year charge is either $69 or $79. When I received that message, before I placed the order, I checked on the status of my account. Since I was up to date, I did not place that order.
11/08 I received my receipt for the order #CS28955491915
11/10 I woke up to the message that said "Don't let your cart expire"
11/10 at 10:07 am, I was given the contact information from GetHuman, I filled out in specific detail what my problem was and what I needed to have it fixed. I have tried to reach McAfee many times. I think that the positive orrelation between ease of communication and the integrity of the vender is hard to overstate.
Do I strike you as a person who is disorganized? flightly?

Desired outcome: I want my charges refunded. I want an assigned agent to review all my accounts. Finally, I think punitive damage should be assessed.

McAfee subscription payment - auto renewal

I have been with this company for the last 5 years. Every year when it's an auto renewal, they charge me the largest (most expensive) package that they have. I always have to call them and tell me to credit me and only charge for the smaller package. This year when I tried to call their 2 800 numbers, there is a loop and you can't get through to a live person. I press the buttons for the refund department and it does not recognize options 1 or 2 and hangs up. I think it's a bad business practice to charge me the most and if I can't get through to a live person, how can i cancel the service. Very frustrating as I've spent alot of time on hold with no indications that anyone is going to answer my call.

Desired outcome: Cancel or refund and accept a lower package.

McAfee McAfee subscription renewal repeatedly not successful. Current subscription due to expire in 3 days.

Date of incident: 03 November 2021
I have entered all the payment card details and clicked Make Payment and only to get information that an error occurred and notified to try again later.
Tried several times. Clear the error please to enable me successfully make payment.
I have tried several times in the past week and changed the account email address used when I bought the Lenovo ThinkPad last year 2020. I made the change when I was informed that the McAfee website cannot be found to process the payment.
I bought the Lenovo in Kuala Lumpur and the McAfee Antivirus package there. It is now due for renewal and I am in Abuja, Nigeria.
Please all I need is to successfully renew my subscription and protect my computer.

McAfee Agreement for services

I have somehow managed to get two McAfee contracts, being H69VXN57546D8Fr and A6JRF7PG75425 D6. My wife also pays for your 'protection' You also write to me on a fortnightly basis asking me to renew my membership. My name is Max Pendleton, email joseph.[protected]@live.co.uk and my address is 5 Jackson Place, Chicksands, Shefford, Beds, SG7 5TJ.

Please can you sort out the removal of one of the above two registrations and if possible re-imburse me for the second payment? This problem seems to occur when a new machine is bought, usually with McF cover.

I'd also be interested to hear how an organisation and big as yours, A) doesn't have a mechanism for finding existing clients, and B) ignores letters like this one (this if my 4th time of raising this matter)

I have subscription of product code S83AJD2GNYSU8SC till 2023. But since last few weeks I used to get expiry of subscription popups in my laptop. Accordingly, on 12.10.2021, I have paid Rs 4799/-. The payment reference no is 14106039152IGAMEXVZJ1 to Macafee Ireland Ltd dated 12.10.2021.

Please arrange to refund the erroneous payment on account of wrong subscription expiry messages.

McAfee Your home virus scan customer service and its worthless supervision

I recently discovered that I have been double billed for the several years on two credit cards. One for my computer and one for my DEAD mothers. I was told by customer service that there is nothing that can be done. I have put in TWO requests to speak to a supervisor, which I was promised a call back. Well neither time did I receive a call from a supervisor. I was also told that I would be receiving an email guaranteeing that my DEAD mothers account would be cancelled. Well once again I have been lied to by your customer service department. At this point I am considering cancelling my service with your company, which I have had since 2001.

Desired outcome: Somebody in supervision contact me at [protected]@gvtc.com and explain to me why I have not had any supervisor return a call to me!

McAfee Poor service ,and no refund given

Paid for subscription, promised call back after call back.
Opened a case a few times, made out they had called when they hadn't.
Kept sending emails, stating shut the complaint down.
I don't appreciate ripping off my father £49.99.
States uk and America but always dopy Americans.Facebook stated they would get back to me, guess what they LIED .
Speaking legal action, as I don't think they should be allowed to rip off people ( most of oap)

McAfee Protection for my computer

I am not happy with the way things have been handled.

1 I turned of auto subscription as I did not want to renew this product, on the site it said it would not be renewed. I did it in plenty of time as it was not due until 12 November.
2 On 14 October I found you have taken out my subscription nearly a month early which very wrong
I would like a full refund within the next 7 days please.
I would also like my card details removed from your system once the refund has been processed.
I have just tried to phone your customer service and spent over the recommended time of 5 - 10 minutes which it says on your website and still no answer

I wasn't happy with the hassle I had last year trying to get this installed and now this. Very bad customer service

McAfee McAfee LiveSafe Auto Renewal

McAfee automatically renewed my subscription using a credit card that it was not authorised to use. To make matters worse they charged £89 for a product that is available for less than £20. I would like to know how McAfee was able to use a credit card that they had no knowledge of (presumably the software accessed details from my PC?) Debit Card was debited 25th of September 2021.
I have tried calling but keep getting cut off before connecting to a real person

McAfee Home computer protection.

I'm paying for McAfee. I was hacked on or about October 10th. My friendes received emails from my account asking for money. Also, my McAfee is no longer on my computer. I have tried a variety of numbers for help but I have not received any help whatsoever.
I either want a refund or help so I can be protected.
Next contact will be the Better Business Bureau.

McAfee Auto renew and no way to stop Mcafee

I am unable to speak due to speech difficulty  so I cannot phone your call centre. I can only communicate in writing.

Secondly, the call centre number, mcafee automated response provided for in south africa does not exist  according to Telkom. [protected]
I therefore does not have any way to engage with mcafee in order to get my money back.
I just want my money back which you charged against my account and cancel mcafee.
McAfee renewed my antivirus subscription for R 1890 even though i responded to their autorenewal email to cancel. it is too expensive. I can buy a competing product for less than R 700. 
I am running against one wall to the other. McAfee seems to be a scamming organization. How do I trust my computer safety with a company that cannot be trusted with my subscription? Please help me
