MAPCO review: Service

Called the week ago today about being over charge $21 on two cartons cigarettes! Customer had an attitude when I said how are you doing, and she did not answer me so I turned around and I said how are you doing! I feel that she purposely charged me a different amount, by not using rewards card! I've been paying this amount for over a year, I just bought him a week prior and then this woman charge me $21 over! I don't understand how I paid this amount $109 with my rewards card buying a two pack special, and I feel she purposely did not use my rewards card on my purchase so I paid $131 and change instead of $109 with someone please call me back [protected]
