I purchased a washer from Lowe's in 2018. I have a 5-year warranty. Called for service. They said they were coming today between 8-12, so I took off work and they never showed up. I called Lowe's and they said they can't make it today maybe in five days. So they set me up with another vendor to come out tomorrow. Then just called to cancel that one. Their customer service is terrible. The reps are not nice and when I told them I would never shop at Lowe's again, they said fine. Well here I come Home Depot! Worst experience ever! And the reps name was Karen!

Desired outcome: I want my machine repaired. I can't take off work everyday for them to not show up.
