Lowe's review: Washer that was never delivered but was charged for

5/8/20 I was charged for a GE washer transaction number #[protected]. The washer was never delivered. The credit card was charged 944.28. Lowes refunded the washer on a merge credit gift card for $789.31, #[protected] 6/10/20, but never reported this to the Synchrony credit card folks. Also, why am I being charged for a warranty I do not have since I didn't get the washer and the Maytag machine I have now doesn't have a warranty. Please help me as they are threating me with collection for a machine a never received.

Desired outcome: Contact the credit reporting people, give them the refund info and have all late charges removed. I should have a refund coming ferom the credit card company regarding a purchase that was returned.
