I have been trying to get our dishwasher repaired since 4/20. After being given the wrong number to warranty service and months of unanswered calls I returned the dishwasher to point of purchase. I was told by at least 4 employees over the course of a month it would be taken care of not to worry. After a month I was told they could not help me with it and to take the dishwasher home. When I arrived to pick it up there was damage to the front and was told that it was not much damage I disagree its a new dishwasher. I took it home reinstalled and waited on a repairman from MD Appliance repair. They did send a repairman who spent most of his time telling my wife Lowes does not pay enough to repair Samsung junk equipment. He did order parts in November and we had an appointment scheduled for 1/2/21 between 9-3. At 3 we assumed we were stood up again and left our home. At 4:30 the technician left a voicemail that he could come. On 1/8/21 I called the repair center to get another appointment explaining I could not continue to miss work days and would like a time window of 2 hours please at which time I was hung up on by the manager. Help please! We purchased an extended warranty plan and Lowes has wasted almost a year of it
Desired outcome: Damaged door on dishwasher replace and dishwasher repaired or replaced.If not we would like to return all appliances in the package and our money refunded
