Lowe's review: Unprofessional lowes manager

In an effort to try and resolve an issue with a sliding glass door handle that was delivered on the wrong side Rob Pane the department manager was extremely rude, condescending, raised his voice, and continued to talk over me on the phone for the entire conversation. He loudly said, you did not have it installed by us therefore it doesn't matter what your concern is. The door handle being on the wrong side would have been caught by us but since you went and decided to have it installed by another contractor who did not catch it, there's nothing we will do no matter how much money you spend in this store. I explained that this was ordered incorrectly by his associate, it should not have come in wrong to begin with, and now I'm stuck with a door that opens the wrong way because my handyman didn't catch it, and not because it was ordered wrong at the store. If it was ordered the right way to begin with we would not be having this conversation.

Desired outcome: I wish to have the same door replaced with the handle on the right side.
