I was trying to get ahold of the flooring department several times with no answer, so I called the next number down the line which happen to be kitchen cabinets. I told her what my problem was, she transferred me to customer service. Costumer service transferred me back to to flooring and still got no answer. I tried kitchen cabinets again, she answered me again with a rude tone. All I got out of my out of my mouth was "I call-" and she transferred me to the the front again without saying anything. So, frustrated, I called again because I didnt deserved that. She got a attitude with me and transferred me back to the front. Do better.
