Lowe's review: Swift delivery service for a lowes dryer appliance

We have a steep driveway, but it is legal grade, We have had several refrigerators and washer/dryers delivered here in the past by lowes and have spent six figures with them.

Date: 10/8/2020

Supposedly they contract their delivery out to "Swift." Well, swift is not very swift. The driver this morning was too timid to drive up my driveway thinking the truck would get stuck. Well, just trying to turn around in the bottom part of my property he got stuck. A flat, dry field, and over my water lines. I have not gone to observer the damage yet, but I will file a claim for the damages if this is not made right.

They have also been paid to remove the old dryer, so I am not sure how they can do that. There are many solutions to this problem, and my time is worth $96/hr.

Everyone was rude from lowes to swift.

I will be showing up in person to complain, but wow lowes made a terrible choice outsourcing to swift.
