Lowe's review: Laminate flooring installation

Had new laminate flooring installed on concrete flooring a few months after installation there were bumps in my dining room floor called had them come back out they used the flooring I had purchased for my bathroom to fix the flooring in my dining room. There were nails under the flooring (remember I am on concrete). Now I have a big hole in the center of my living room where a nail is poking out of it as well. Again remember I am on concrete slab! Why I am I getting nails coming through my flooring. I had carpet before and they never cleaned the floor before installing the laminate flooring is all I can think of. Lowe's will not fix the flooring said that it's been a year. I have another nail coming through in my hallway. I am so stressed I have only had my flooring for a year and now it will have to be replaced because they don't sell what I purchased anymore. Is this WHY they won't fix the issues with my flooring? The warranty with my flooring was voided because of poor insulation from Lowe's.

Desired outcome: To fix the nail holes in my flooring. To make it right! It voids the warranty on the flooring because of poor installation.
