I bought a trailer 4 x6 ft flatbed from Lowe's on 05/28/21. After I paid the cashier called someone to take me to get the trailer. Someone said no, she has to fill out papers do I was directed to the customer service. Another young person tried to do the paperwork had to call another for help. I was giving the first paper I will submit as that paper.
Than was handed all the papers and was told to keep them with me in case I got stopped. Looking through the papers I found the Temporary license I was suppose to put on the trailer which I did. That will be page two.
As a first timer buying a trailer I keep waiting for the title to be mailed to me. Looking again I found the paper I filled out...? That's paper three.
I called Lowe's because the courthouse where I live said I needed a paper of origin which is the title paper Lowe is suppose to give me. I called and spoke to a young Lady with short hair who I think is the asst. mgr. She was very rude and short with me. Said they would never sell a trailer without the title. Calling me a liar that they gave me a title and I lost it. I went in person and tried to get said document, she and a man viewed security films while I waited, after a long time they told me they couldn't see what papers were given to me. Handed me a phone number for me to call. I did call the number they in turn said Lowe's had to call not me. I went again today, the same woman tried to hide in the office but Thank God Mary a customer service woman was there. She called the number and I was told to pay $50.26 for a copy of the title I lost! The title will be mailed to the Lowe's location and I'm suppose to pick it up. Hello? I live 60 miles round trip is 120 miles! Counting the time I went to buy the trailer this will be the fourth time I go.! You hired incompetent young people, we pay the price!
Sincerely,
Isabel Julian
