Lowe's review: Samsung washing machine

On 6/18/2020, we went to Lowe's Home Center in Troy, Ohio. We went to the store intending to buy a new washer. We found the washer we wanted and went to the work station to handle the sale and delivery of the washer. The washer was originally $799 but was on sale for $548. When we tried to get our Military discount, we were told they couldn't apply it until the sale was off. The last day of the sale was 7/8/2020. So we went back to the store to receive our 10% Military discount for the washer a couple days later. We were told by Customer Service that the Military discount could not be applied because the receipt said "minimum retail price applied to this item". After the original sale went off, a new sale started and the price was now $699. We were told by the rep on the floor we could get the Military discount. I'm not sure which price you would base it on, but I believe we should get a 10% discount on this item. We bought some shutters from you a couple of months ago. They were on clearance and we still got the Military discount of 10%. I feel we are entitled to receive this discount.
