Bought a new refrigerator 10/15 and the main shelf came cracked. Been trying since 10/15/19 to get Lowe's to replace the part. I've been lied to, hung up on, cussed out and placed on hold never to have someone return. Customer care is worthless and says to be patient. How much more patient do I need to be? At this point, I want to return the refrigerator and get my money back. I will make sure this store closes. If people don't want to do their jobs they can and will lose it. Poor customer service can be and will be solved by automation.
