This is at Lowe's in Beaumont Texas, on Dowlen Road. I arrived at paint desk, no one was there, waited 20 minutes, asked for an associate to call for someone to come help me, 20 more minutes and asked to speak to the store manager. This was Tuesday August 5, about 1 to 2 PM. Store manager finally came, said she had been out of the store, she was rude to me in discussing the situation. They finally got a guy over there and he mixed some paint, then told me he couldn't match my paint, I had brought an old can, which I bought at same Lowe's and it had some paint still in it. I know this was done intentionally because about thirty minutes later, I noticed different workers in the paint department, I asked them about it and they were able to mix me some matching paint. This was horrible customer service, and the manager did nothing for me except put someone to help me that could not mix paint. You really need to hire managers that will stay in the store and is available to help customers, also, they should make sure their workers are on the job and providing customer service.
