Lowe's review: Motorized shopping carts for the handicapped

Before I get started, I am a person that calls businesses and thanks them for great service and or employees. It's a rough world out there with so many ruse & ignorant people in it. I made a trip to get a few things at our local Lowe's on May 28th. I cannot walk, so my niece went in to get me a motorized cart. It was awful, so slow and even stopped in the middle of the parking lot & they had to try & push me. Then as I was entering the store it stopped again & a customer asked someone to help hand they completely ignored the situation, he then tried to get another cart only to find it sitting in the middle of the floor unplugged and a drained battery. I was beyond embarrassed. My niece came in and got me into a wheel chair to get item that I had to have and then we left. You got my last dollar. Never again. Please have that store do something about those carts. They are ancient.
