I was shoppping at my local Lowes, I had an employee walk up to my shopping cart full of my soon to be purchases and pull one out! I asked if there was a problem and he said “just checking something.” He had scanned my product, he said, “yup, its the right price.” I couldn’t believe the nerve of this guy, had it been mis-marked did he plan to take it away? What if a woman’s purse or a child had been in that cart? I contacted Lowes customer care center and was told they have a 24 hour reply policy. It’s been 4 days and no phone call.

The manager sends me emails, I wish I could share, he is ducking me and hiding and is basically a wimp for not doing his job and just calling and apologizing! Lowes customer care center is USELESS!

thank you Lowes .you coast me a customer they got tired of waiting and hired someone else because of your product delays now i am stuck with a sink and the cost of the delayed order buyer beware

Found a contractor who uses Lowes. He said if I buy materials he gets a discount and would pass on to me.
Ordered new deck and railings - rebuilding - materials for 10, 400. two sep orders.
Forced to open Pro credit card for discount. First mistake.
Agreeing to use Lowes second mistake, went in Leary having read about cust service issues.
Anyways paid off bill and waiting to have materials delivered this 2026 Spring after Snow ends here in Minny.
Got email from Lowes. "your order was cancelled due to not picking it up". Order is due to be shipped on Apr 22nd.
Called store to talk with Pro rep. Ya he just found out the day before. Gee didn't let me know.
His excuse, the railing I ordered was discontinued but they have others
I questioned why was that my problem. I supposedly bought this railing in Dec 25. It should have been in store waiting to be shipped.
Then he said I was refunded the 7,100 for the railing. I said no I checked my banking account and no money was deposited.
Ya that's because the crooks gave me a credit only on my Lowes card. Thus we screwed up but you can't have your money back, Lowes Policy.
I said do you really expect me to spend 7100 at Lowes after you screwed this all up.
I'm still fighting them on this. it ain't over yet but beware how shady they are, shop somewhere else. Pass this on to 20 friends spread the word.
