Lowe's review: Lowes pro account

My name is Doug Chilson. I have had a Lowes advantage account for several years. In May I let a nice young lady employee sing me up for a pro account.

That was a mistake. I can not use my military discount with the pro account. I want to close/get rid of the pro account. I regret letting the young lady sign me up for it. Prior to signing up the "pro account" I had no problems using my military discount. It is the main reason I shop at Lowes instead of Home Depot.

I have been to my local store in Hobbs NM and they have no idea how to fix this. I have called customer service twice and they seem at a loss to fix this also.

So please fix this.

To be clear I do not want the pro account. It pretty much sucks IMO. I wish to use my advantage account. How can this get accomplished?
