Lowe's review: lowes age discrimination on hiring practices

I am 68 years old and I reside in Poplar Grove, IL. I have been submitting job applications online for Lowes a minimum of 3 separate Lowes store locations in and around Rockford, IL for numerous advertised department job postings an average of 5 times a day for the last several months. Positions offered include part time, full time, and permanent positions. I have not received a response nor a reason why my applications are not being considered for at least an interview. My only suspicion is that I am being discriminated against due to my age.

My employment history has over 4 decades of corporate finance with a spotless employment history.
