This store sold me a lawnmower that was in an open box and was the last one. We had our doubts and were correct. The pull rope was stuck. After taking it back they said no refund and I had to exert my opinions on them to do that. I asked for help to unload (no one helped me load when I bought it) the kids just stood there. I got a refund but the lowes site said I had to go back to the manufacturer. If you ever have an item that was obviously defective, go back, raise hell, get a refund, and avoid the corporate scam of "oh it's not our fault go see someone else". The whole place was full of idiots...
