Lowe's review: Lack of service

This refers to the Lowes on Capitol Circle NE, Tallahassee Fl: As I was getting ready to self check out. I witness an older woman customer ask a female employee of Lowes who is standing around talking to a male person, not an employee of the store.

The older woman asked the store employee where she could find a product. The Lowes employee says, 'I don't know, you can look it up on Lowes.com'. That was the extent of service she provided.

SImply speaking, that was sorry service from a Lowes employee, lazy. The old lady shouldn't have to have done that, the employee failed to provide service to a customer. And that's exactly why I generally go to Home Depot. Lowes never much meets my expectations.
