I went to buy a cobalt screwdriver set and while there saw a tool kit I wanted so I picked up a few other things and wanted to check out. I go to self checkout but I had clearance items that were coming up regular price, so I went to full service checkout and nobody was there, I asked if they could get a cashier and was told there wasn't one and this was 11 am in the morning. So I asked to talk to manager and was told he was busy so asked for asst manager and they said there isn't one. By this time I am totally frustrated and asked them if they wanted me to buy this merchandise or not, they gave no answer which then I proceeded to leave the store empty handed and disgruntled. I have never been in a store where they dont want your money, this lake Jackson, Texas Lowes has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered and because of that I refuse to ever buy anything from Lowes ever again they wont take your money!
